Bogof is a scam you only receive 1 and then when you contact customer service no one replies! AVOID AVOID AVOID

have ordered two watches and haven't received a reply to emails their tracking number is useless

Received half the merchandise company is misleading and will pretend to resolve orders so that they can collect money. Don't waste you time or money!

This company sucks so bad. I’m still waiting for my package and I still have not received it. I emailed this company multiple times and not one response. This is a rip off.

To be honest with you guys, this is one of the worst sites I've ever came across. I made my order on October 31st and I haven't even received it yet. I tried to contact customer service, no reply. No one came back to me so therefore this site should be banned and nobody should buy anything from these people. Bunch of thieves

I paid for the watch and got NOTHING

I am still waiting...and keep getting emails asking how satisfied I am with my purchase-how does one judge what you don't have-TOTAL Bogus-they need to be removed as a "trusted" vendor-TRUST my a--!

They offered a BOGO. They never sent the second watch and then lied about it being unavailable. The watch was listed as available on their website. There has been multiple email correspondences, with nothing but lies. It’s a cheap watch so no big deal but I don’t like to get scammed.

I’m DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY!
I received my order on 28 Sep 25.
I was sent (3) White/Clear of the exact same watches.
I emailed cusryservice 4 occasions PROBLEM NOT SOLVED!!!!!! Who wants 3 of the same exact watch and they won’t take it back or admit there mistake. ANY COLOR better than 3 of the same MODEL AND COLOR!!!!
I Requested my (1) Free watch to be Black in color.

I ordered watch and it was buy one get one free plus a watch case on website. I paid £30 pound and when watch came first it was only one watch nothing else the package was really bad.. watch itself was definitely cheap looks like from £2 watch from china , they never replied to my emails and massages. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Their website should be banned.

Same A.I generated email about shipping..I even had an email to review my products although I had not received. Then a email advising delivery of insurance. I wish I read the reviews before trusting this dodgy company. If I get my goods in the next 5 days I will leave a better review..for now 1 star is too good.

Garbage customer service. Waited three weeks after purchase to hear back from them regarding shipping. All I got was a reply that was clearly written by AI stating there were tariffs and shipping delays they had to navigate prior to shipping my order... None of which they communicate in their marketing or on their website. Absolute bullshit, do not purchase from these folks.

Never received my BOGO promotion! Only got one the watches and promised the other over 3 months ago!!!

If I could give zero stars I would I ordered 4 watches from them I never received them they don’t reply to emails I had to go through my bank to get my money back.

Wish I would've read the reviews. I'm still waiting for the 2nd watch which I assume I will never receive.

Complete waste of time and a scam!
Order for a friend and 2 weeks ago and no movement on the site! sent one reply to my email about difficulty with shipment and all that crap from the United States when it looks like it’s coming from China?
Don’t bother going near them 🤬🤬

As of this review, I have 5 of their watches, 2 of them we buy one, get one. So far I havent had any issues with any of them. They seem to work exactly how they are supposed to and they look great. After reading other reviews, I seem to be a lucky person as I havent encountered any of the issues others have.

If 0 was an option that is what I would have selected. Just like so many other comments, I thought I would give the company a try and did the buy one get one free plus a travel case. When the package arrived only the one watch was inside. I immediately reached out and took a week before a response which stated the buy one get was based on inventory and that free items I offered where not in stock. They said I could wait or they could provide a refund. In my response I stated I would take a watch a case that was currently on stock vs the items that were out of stock. Two weeks later, they thank me for my suggestions, talk about being a small company and how they care about the customer. Well here it is two months later and still no resolution or response.
