Happy with the products that were purchased. One of the items wasn't in stock but was ready for collection 3 days later so great service there.

Customer service was excellent and the team were very helpful in getting our logos sorted and coats ordered. Coats arrived in the time stated and the artwork was top notch. Cost was very reasonable too

I ordered a fleece on the 26th of November as a Christmas present for someone, delivery was 48hrs as stated on my confirmation email. Two weeks later it hadn't arrived so I emailed their customer service email....a few days later and no response so I rang their customer service line (to this date, I still have never had a response to my email). Their customer service advisor told me that their IT system didn't recognise the postcode as it didn't have a space in it and so my order wasn't shipped...what a load of rubbish. She then said she corrected it and said it should arrive in a few days..a week later and still no delivery so I rang again. They told me FedEx shipped it to the wrong depot and it would be with me in a few days...again, I waited, again no delivery. So I called this morning and 4 days before Christmas I am naturally peeved. They told me it would arrive tomorrow before 6pm, definitely this time. I've just received a text saying the delivery will be delayed and once they have an available date they will let me know. I cannot believe the despicable level of customer service from Arco. I will never ever use their services again.

Arco are absolutely incompetent. Couldn't deliver the correct equipment, refused to correct the problem, couldn't correct the payment requirement. I've given 1 star as there is no option for zero stars. I would avoid at all costs. They aren't even well priced.

Pre ordered products and told I would receive a call when all items are available. Week later still no call so I went to store and surprisingly my order in was in store (well part of it 😡). Went home and realised that items were the wrong size! Tried ringing store. Over two hrs with no answer so I decided to phone head office. Head office apologised and contacted the store and put me through. They apologised and said not sure how that happened and that my missing items wouldn’t be released by their other branches so not sure I would get it at all. They tried to order the correct size items but said they were struggling. They told me to email what the issue was and they will sort it, I waited another week and still nothing not even a response to my email so went to the store. I explained my situation again to the chap at the till and he said he couldn’t help me as someone else placed the order and they wouldn’t be in until 10am. I asked him why he couldn’t deal with my issue and he said “I’m not getting involved with it as the pre orders have been nothing but hassle” his attitude was stinking and his customer care was non existent. I was deeply disappointed with how I was treated. I walked out and met the lady who originally dealt with me, she said that she’s struggling and that Arco don’t have enough stock to for fill preorders and lots of people are in the same situation. I asked what can be done as I’ve spent a considerable amount of money on work wear and disappointed that I haven't received what I had paid for. I also complained about the chaps attitude and she agreed he can be like that. I went back into the store and asked for a complete refund as I really wasn’t happy with the overall experience. I had to wait a period of time because the store wasn’t sure they could give me the cash refund due to the amount owed, thankfully they just had enough in the safe. I won’t be back to Arco unfortunately as it’s not an enjoyable buying experience.

I supervise a team of technicians whose work can involve a lot of walking. Comfortable and suitable safety footwear is essential and I have found the staff in Arco Mallusk, Belfast to be very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us select the products best suited to our needs.

The products are always very good & the delivery is always prompt

Ordered a pair of work shoes which were to big yet the size I normally wear. Charged over £8 to return. Beware.
I wont be using again

I brought prezzol work boot for £107, they fell apart in 45 days, after at least 10 emails back and forward to arco they have said the boots fell apart because I hadn't cleaned them, so let me get this right because I hadn't cleaned them before I took a picture of the faulty boots then that is the reason they fell apart 🤯🤯🤯, unbelievable, to call you thick is an insult to thick people.
If I read the reviews on arco before I used them I would not have used you. I hope this review stops someone having the same awful experience I have had and please read the other reviews.

Multiple issues with Arco now have forced me to go elsewhere. What is worse than the multiple failed deliveries, wasted time visiting the store, faulty boots, faulty trousers is the fact that repeated requests for a call from a manager have been ignored.

If you read this review then your only option is to have Swansea branch contact me as your customer service managers ignored my request and told me to deal with the store.

An absolute joke all round really and I'm fed up of dealing with you now.

It’s not until it goes wrong that you find out how bad a company is. When all said and done, any idiot can put something in an envelope and post it to you. I even accept that it’s possible to mistake a set of P3 encapsulated filters with some size 6 gel shoe inserts, they are easily confused.
Sadly, it goes downhill from there. The system is not fit for purpose. The modern idea that if I make an error, I need to waste time and effort fixing it, yet when a company with a big bank account makes an error, I also need to waste time and effort fixing it, and be out of pocket in the process, pisses me off.
To get the correct item you organise a return and refund. If you want the actual item you ordered you need to buy it again and be out of pocket until you are refunded. I was assured the refund would be less than 2 days. After phoning up a week later to complain I was told it would be processed overnight. Another week later I am still waiting for a refund and, frankly, I do not have the spare cash to be out of pocket, and it has caused direct debits to fail. All in all a lot of effort due to an error that wasn’t mine.
I know it’s hardly going to bring the company down but I’ll not be using you again for anything, your systems suck and your process behind the system don’t work.

I have been using Arco in Cardiff for around 10 years, every time I’ve gone there Abdi and his team have always been happy to help. If they don’t have something in the size they’re quick to get it ordered and on the rare occasion of something being wrong they rectify it with no hassle. The quality of the PPE and workwear is the best and they stock all the top brands. They occasionally have big discount events and these provide huge savings. I recommend all my contacts to use Arco and I will continue to do so for years to come.

I found the same boots on eBay for 70£ pound cheaper total rip off look before you buy

ordered items instore and collected them 2 days later ... staff were really great was great at helping get the right sizes ect ... great people and great products ... (been using this place for a few years and not 1 problem with anything so far)

Customer service contradicts themselves and you can not get a straight answer from them.
They have taken months to short out my logo for uniforms.
They have charged me for them making a mistake regarding missing one of my logo's, which was on the first request.
They only seem to care about their bigger contracts not the smaller business.
They have cost me time and money for a service they have still not got right.
I will never use ARCO again. All key points are factual and can be proven.

I think this has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire existence. I purchased an item in December 2020 and 3 months later still nothing. I have contacted customer service several times, all replying with the same generic email. I have asked for a refund but have not received any email confirming this. The website is massively outdated and honestly the most frustrating to navigate. DO NOT SHOP HERE if you want to receive goods in a timely manner. Absolutely shocking customer service.
