Great company & superfast delivery.
After searching the net for a plumbing part, Arcanu came up the cheapest. I did my research to find out if they were a respectable company and they were. Ordered my part which was quick & easy. Prompt emails with an invoice & tracking. Delivery was very quick through Royal Mail. Would l use them again? Most definitely. Thank you Arcanu 😊

Great customer service.
The part was very competitively priced and was speedily dispatched.
There was an issue with the courier but customer service for this seller were very prompt and sensitive with addressing my concerns.
I would definitely recommend buying from this seller.

I ordered a part wrong so sent it back. Ordered the right part as per list but got the same part sent back as was sent the first time. Now have to send that back. Hopefully third time lucky. Also you can not get to talk to anyone even though there in Britain
