Knew the entrance price but everything else inside is a rip off €18 for a £1 Iceland pizza.. €7 euros if u want to use a sun lounger.. everything inside is about 10 times overpriced.. never again

Reading other reviews, it seems we were relatively lucky visiting in May instead of August. We didn't bother getting Fast Pass tickets but the queues for the slides weren't too bad and a lot of them were really fun.

However...
On top our almost €40 tickets, we each had to pay €7 per sunlounger. My 2.5 year old niece wasn't allowed to go on the baby slides alone, but her parents weren't allowed to go with her either, so she spent the day unable to do anything.

The queue for food and drink was massive and there were only two people working in the hut, meaning it took over 30 minutes just to get a drink. The food was kinda pricey too, but it was nice enough.

The women's toilets closest to us were fully blocked and full to the top meaning we had to walk to the ones further away.

The floor was almost too scorching to walk on barefoot, and climbing up to some of the slides was a massive trek. But by far, the absolute worst part of the park was the Kamikaze slide. Forgetting about the huge hike to the top of the slide, the absolutely insane force and speed riders come down with is verging on dangerous. Yes, I know the slide is marked as extreme and is called Kamikaze, but my wife and best friend both walked away from it with bleeding elbows and my wife was also cut between the legs in a very intimate area causing quite a bit of bleeding, all because of the force of hitting the water at the end of the slide. They also described it like being waterboarded all the way down. My wife was still bleeding a little a few hours later and has multiple visible cuts and tiny slices from the slide.

All that said, the wave pool was really lovely to hang out in. However, we definitely wouldn't be coming back again anytime soon.

The worst waterpark ever.. dont go with kids under 1,2m you better go swimming at the hotel. The first waterpark where kids cant go with adults from slides under 1.2 m and When they grow to 1.2 m they can go alone?

Geweldige dag gehad in Aqualand. Geen wachtrijen, vriendelijk personeel en leuke glijbanen die we meerdere keren hebben kunnen doen. Ook geen last gehad van warme tegels of koud water. Niet goedkoop maar we vonden het het geld zeker waard.

Veldig synd for parken var veldig kjekk og fin. Men, det var svin dyrt å komme inn. Vannet var is kaldt, vi trodde kanskje det skulle være oppvarmet. Vi fikk ikke ta skliene sammen med barna og da var det ikke vits. (Vi har små barn 0-5 år.) og alt inni parken kostet penger. Vi måtte betale for solsengene.

Di ansatte dog var veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige så vi gav beskjed om at vi ønsket å få pengene tilbake. Det var ingen problem.

Feel so glad we went when we did because it wasn't busy at all! Think the most we waited was 10 min so feel very lucky after reading reviews. The waterproof phone case is pretty cool for £10. The £5 per sunbed is a p**stake after we paid €220 to get in we had 1 between 6 of us because to be honest we didn't really sit down much. We brought all our own food and drink so luckily no extra expense there. Annoying everything shuts 30 min before aswel but like I said luckily it wasn't busy we got on everything multiple times kids loved it. I'd suggest if you are a big family booking a taxi because it took us 30 min of waiting for a bigger taxi after people pushed in then we gave up and had to get 2 which cost us double.

Had a great day there today my son is 16 super tall and non verbal autistic he doesn’t understand that he can’t go on the little slides but the guy let him go down a few because it wasn’t busy ! Made his day !

Let's start with the positives. The park (not Inc the pool) was very clean. That's the positives done with.

We went as a family of 4; 2 adults and 2 children (14 & 11) who apparently constitute adults, so 4 adults. €122 to get in, then on top of that they want €7 per sunbed. It doesn't end there!

There are plenty of rides, but unless you're will to pay a further €40 per person for a fast track pass, you can forget going on most of them. We got there at open and stayed for 5 hrs. The kids managed to get on just 3 rides in that time.

Some of the rides require you to have a tube. There are about 30 fast track tubes per ride, and maybe 8 non fast track ones, so good luck getting one. And you can't use a fast track ine without a pass, even if there are 10 piled up not being used. You'll queue for an hour for a tube, then another hour and a half to get on the ride, all in the blazing sun as there is no shade.

They seem to let as many people in as possible too, with no apparent max capacity.

Short version, don't waste your money!! There is another water park in Mijas where a fast pass doesn't exist, and everyone can get on rides. Maybe head there instead!

DOUBLE CHARGED FOR ENTRANCE !
I went to the park with my wife and our two grandsons on 9th August 2024. We used the QR code outside the main entrance to purchase tickets but when we got to the gate they said they were out of date and were dated MAY 2024 and they made us pay again. The STAFF at the gate were smiling and seemed to know that this happened regularly and said we had to contact the company to get a refund. I immediately did this my email but they are refusing to refund our Euro 111 ! This company SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED !!!

Myself and my partner visited Aqualand Torremolinos on 13 August.
We paid €72 altogether for entry and a further €11 for a locker (which was filthy). Most of the slides require you to queue for a ring. The vast majority available are ‘fast pass’ rings. Unless you want to pay and additional €40 per person for a fast pass, you can expect to be waiting 1-2 hours in a queue for a ring. The non-fast pass rings weren’t readily available at all, 1 or 2 every 20 minutes. Almost like they were removed in order to force people into buying the fast pass. Not to mention, you need to stand on the burning hot ground while waiting. We decided to go to the wave pool as it’s the only thing you can do with no queue and I was shocked to find it full of dirt and even feathers - disgusting. The price of the food is extortionate, €18 for a meal, if you’re willing to wait in another shockingly long queue.
Do not waste your money here.

Llevo visitando el Aqualand Bahía de Cádiz (anteriormente llamado Aquasherry) más de 20 años, y viendo como el parque ha ido cambiando cada vez a peor.
Lo que antes era un parque de diversión para toda la familia se ha convertido en un mero negocio, enfocado en la venta de pulseras Fast Pass para sacar el mayor beneficio económico posible (teniendo éstas un precio superior a los tickets online de acceso al parque).
Las atracciones, con colas señalizadas para distinguir el fast pass de la entrada regular son inútiles, ya que el personal modifica las colas a su antojo independientemente de lo que indiquen los carteles.
Además, el personal del parque (con una edad media de 18 años) no se encargan de organizar las colas de las atracciones, lo cual acarrea discusiones constantes en cada atracción entre los visitantes del parque, ya que todo el mundo intenta colarse mientras que el personal no hace nada por evitarlo.
Por mucha pena que me de por mis experiencias previas en este parque desde que era niño, desafortunadamente se ha convertido en un lugar al que no quiero volver.

The slides themselves are fine - but it’s unbelievable that you make customers pay so much, but then it’s impossible to use the slides we paid for. Essentially you can’t use anything, you have to wait for hours and waste your day.

It already begins on the parking lot: no parking spots. Then huge lines for every slide. Even worse, you then offer customers to buy a fast ticket for another 40€ per person so we can enjoy what we paid for. That’s seriously outrageous and one should expose you at the press with this! Similarly, of course, you want more money for the sunbeds. Shouldn’t at least two be included after I paid 170+ € for my family to enter?
Because of the way too packed place, after waiting for 1 hour at attraction no. 11, my 6 year old didn’t understand why the fast ticket lane had priority and he went to the slide with his yellow single ring. Your staff member told him to get off the slide, he stumbled down and hurt himself, his elbow was bleeding. Your staff member didn’t give a damn about this at all and didn’t say anything! As a father, thinking back about this, I should have flipped out and made a big drama - of course I just smiled and didn’t say anything in that moment. Your method to give priority to those who paid EVEN MORE than usual customers paid is close to criminal to be honest. I genuinely hope you will not succeed with this!

Also, the water in the pools was so disgusting and dirty one didn’t want to enter it. What does the state department of health say about that?

Last but not least, the small kids area in went crazy in the afternoon and there were not enough lifeguards, it was out of control and the kids bumped into each other all the time. How can you take responsibility for this, and what do Andalucía’s laws and regulations prescribe about that?

Overall, unfortunately, it’s a huge rip-off what you offer and you should feel ashamed of what you do. One specific recommendation I have would be to limit the number of people you let in, this would relax a lot of the problems I’m describing. But it would also decrease the revenue for your owners/investors, so I guess that’s not an option and you’ll just continue as always.

The park is not made for this many people. There are not enough lockers and we spent hours in queue on burning hot ground. One of us got a second degree burn under his feet. We had to wear shoes, and my son’s flip flops were stolen.

Look 150 euro cause my 2 11 year olds classed as adults. I felt so bad for them they were so excited to go and extremely disappointed leaving and very upset.. quid for 1 hour 15 mins for a ring then qued another hour for a slide… no shelter absolute scorching heat… then when they got to the top eventually were told Que is to long and they had t go on the other slide so they didn’t even get to go on there slide 150 euro to go down 1 slide. Day light robbery . Beds being stolen left right and centre… toilets spotless.. food extorsion!! The staff that work there work hard and do there best but extremely understaffed… food absolutely disgusting my chicken burger was still frozen he offered to replace it but I asked for my 17.50 back I paid for my chicken burger .. look all over absolutel shambles’s. Very dis heartening on the young kids . Please guys we are not fussy but do not waste a single euro on this park..

The worst water park ever. No staff, no signs to guide you. You want to pay for sunbeds (not enough space, very limited for the amount of people) and they are not available, people take them without paying. Long lines to get in, then another line to get the fast track bracelet, no lockers. No control in the attractions, it's all left at people own beliefs on what is good or not to do. This establishment should be shut down.

Took my 10yr old daughter here as she loves going to waterparks when we go on holiday. My advice is to avoid going anywhere near here. We booked online and headed up early, when we got there, there was an extremely large queue and standing in very hot temperatures with no shade for over an hour and half I think is wrong. Once in the park it was a free for all to get a sun lounger and a locker paid for. Eventually we got this sorted and went off to queue for the slides. There isn't much shade to stand under out of the sun. We queued for 2 plus hours to get a rubber ring to go on a slide. Finally got a ring only to queue up again to get on the slide in the end we didn't get down the slide as standing for over 2 hours with no shade in hot conditions felt we were wasting anytime we had in the park. We didn't book fast pass but that didn't matter as all the fast pass people were standing in extreme heat and queues aswell. The ground expectedly was boiling hot you have to walk around with your sliders but then you can't wear the going down the slides (we only got going down 1) so it's a shuffle to get back up to the top of the queue for your sliders again. Some of the staff seemed rude. We did pay for lunch. €17.80 for one meal. Most people including ourselves spent our time in the wave pool which got very packed as ypu can imagine people want to cool down. I find paying over €80 just yo get into the park and only on one slide is extreme. 1 restaurant also open to cater for the hundreds of adults and children that attended. I will say the grounds were clean but the toilets were a little smelly.
Avoid this park, unless you want to be robbed of money, burned with the sun and are willing to wait in very long queues.

Lange køer. Mange is- og kaffekiosker er lukkede pga. mangel på personale.
Vi stod en halv time i kø ved en madbod for at købe 2 kaffe og 2 vand (som var varme). Dårlig mad til for dyre priser.
For få forlystelser til voksne. De har fjernet spa-området for at lave 2 nye rutsjebaner. Vi kommer ikke igen.

Dårligt, hensynsløst og kaotisk system ift. at man skal have ringe for at køre på rutsjebanerne, medmindre man vil betale 300kr for fast pass, udover billetten til selve vandlandet.
