De pianoleraar Fiachra kwam niet opdagen, nooit meer enige reactie ontvangen van hem en apprentus stortte wel het geld van de les terug en gaf excuses maar nog steeds geen antwoord waarom de docent wegbleef en nu kreeg ik ongevraagd een andere docent toegeschoven.

Apprentus is definitely the most practical educational platform with the best teachers ever. The customer service is incredibly helpful. Also, the platform is user-friendly.

We had the most disturbing experience with one of the tutors who started sending us abusive texts because they couldn't agree ti to the pre-agreed arrangements.
Just a few hours before the first class, we got last minute texts sto rearrange the location of the class and when we did not agree to the change and raised it with Apprentus the abusive texts continued.

What's even more shocking is that despite sharing all the texts and requesting for a refund, we haven't had a single call from thr company to check in let alone get a refund.

The company charges an additional.fee for the first time you book a tutor. In this case, the said teacher was the first teacher ee booked through the site. So we have been charged for the tuition we never had a service which has been extremely poor.

Despite reminding Apprentus of the refund we have heard nothing.

It's been a truly disappointing and shocking service. The quality of the tutors and the service is highly questionable!!!

EDIT: My credits were reinstated and I was able to use them. Changed my review due to quickly addressing and fixing the issue. If anyone else has the same problem please contact them, they seem to respond very fast.
ORIGINAL: Credits expired but no email sent to remind me about it. I understand that you can have certain policies but this absolute nonsense. No effort made to contact the customer and now I lost the whole amount because of a lack of transparency by you guys.

le site est digne de confiance et les paiements arrivent à l'heure,je n'ai rien à revendiqué là sauf que la réponse du serveur est trop tardive!!
un élève m'envoie le reçu de paiement en temps réel et j'attendais presque une demi heure ou une heure pour voir un 1 devant commande (commande envoyé) sur le site.
c trop à mon avis, il faut accélérer les serveurs le temps est précis.
autre chose l'algorithme d'Apprentus est trop strict en matière de messagerie ; il soupçonne tout et t'avertit rapidement de rester calme et de ne pas parler ou meme penser à écrire un mail ou un num;on sait tout ça nous mais parfoit ça devient embêtant à tel point si on écrit son age il nous envoie un message de ne pas divulguer son num de tél hhhhh

Totally disgusted with the way they handle their client. Too long to respond on complains and they have no control over their teachers actions/inaction

Responden inmediatamente y solucionan los inconvenientes. Me generan confianza.

La gestión interna es de pena. Subes un video, que es esencial para mí trabajo, porque soy profesora de idiomas y los alumnos se fijan mucho en el acento. Se supone que lo suben en 2-3 días, un mes después no está subido. Cuando hablas con atención al cliente primero te dicen y que sí, sí, lo harán....y después ya te dejan en leído sin contestar. He trabajado con muchas grandes plataformas, esta gestión es una vergüenza.

J'ai trouvé cette plateforme il y a quelque temps , elle m'a donnée la possibilité de survivre au covid en tant que musicien, ils m'orientent des élèves du monde entier pour des cours en ligne, je me fais payer à travers la plateforme Apprentus, c'est un site très sérieux et fiable, je remercie l'univers pour cette belle trouvaille...

I like this website. It takes care of everything from the booking to the payment. Payments are sent to my bank account once the lessons confirmed done on my agenda. Highly recommend it for teachers suffering from students who decide not to show up with no consequences!

J'ai réservé et payé un cours de chimie pour ma fille. Le professeur ne s'est pas manifesté. Ainsi, j'ai contacté Apprentus.
Ils m'ont répondu qu'ils allaient me rembourser mais toujours rien.

Je déconseille ce site.

for 2 times I had lesson with students but not money has been received. How is this working? It is saying that student payed and the lesson is confirmed but no money entry. This happen one time in October and now ti happen again
I guess this is just a big scam. I spent my time to organize and meet and teach and the student pay but they just keep the money. there is not way to contact them. You are a scam and monopolize the relationship between tutors and student.

The workers are reading each message you exchange with your student. They block some of the messages and respond very rudely.

Apprentus created a profile for me, adds money onto my lesson price and makes the student pay said extra...

Surely, I should just increase my lesson price?!!!
Why should students pay over my usual and fair lesson price to line the pockets of the owners of this uselss and scammy platform?!

Apprentus is uses hard-working professionals existing businesses to try and skim money, devaluing both the lessons worth by needlessly increasing the price, but also the credibility and reputation of the teacher.

Upon trying to delete this unwanted account, I can't find any way to!

All my details, including all my contact to them has always been in English, even though I'm based in Berlin, Germany.

De pena. Queremos que se mejoren las condiciones laborales y tienen a los " Profesores" (porque muchos no tienen ni títulos) en Negro. Hablando con un "profesor", además de dejarnos tirados varias veces y coger a otra chica, nos dijeron que no les hacen contrato.
Es una vergüenza que se potencien estas acciones. Es por lo que hemos decidido apuntar a nuestro hijo a una Academia y la diferencia es mucho mayor. Al menos tenemos horarios claros y un sistema con profesores cualificados.
Además, no hay que olvidar que las academias también son autónomos.
Una vergüenza jugar así con el futuro de nuestros hijos, su educación y las condiciones laborales de cualquier persona¿ nos gustaría estar así al resto? Si la pregunta es No, mejor Cambiemos.
