No Support and Poor job matching
Very disappointing experience. No one answers the phone, so it’s impossible to get support. I was assigned to someone who applies for jobs on my behalf, but they’ve been submitting completely random roles that don’t match my CV or skills (e.g. conveyancer and project manager positions). It feels like a waste of my time and doesn’t help my job search at all. Would not recommend.
