From when I first placed my order of the fire pit to delivery it was less than 48 hours!
Super fast & efficient service.
Plus Appliance House Ltd was the cheapest price.

Product was out of stock but I was informed immediately and kept up to date until dispatched, pleased with product, great service

We were kept in the loop as the item we ordered was out of stock. It was only a couple of days before it was delivered. Very impressed.

Easy website and safe purchasing. I bought a swingseat that came from the manufacturer. Excellent communication about delivery, which was also very quick.

Bought an item on the 31st of March, still haven’t received it. After chasing them through emails, the similar reply comes every time, that someone will get back to you as they had to order the item from the main supplier or someone will get back to you with the delivery date. Unfortunately nobody ever got back to me. Requested a refund, did it over the phone, been told to do it over the email, did that, unfortunately no refund or any response. Almost a month later no item, no refund or any communication whatsoever. Worst customer service I ever received and would not recommend to anyone.

Belfast sink stainless steel , I was pleased that the new sink had the same dimensions as the original biscuit one..
And it did not have the waste bulge on the bottom.. so once I can extract my old biscuit sink I can just slide in the new steel version..nice sensible design..

I bought a Caple column freezer. Very hard to find the size I needed, but Appliance House had the perfect one. The first time I have both bought from them or a Caple product. First class service kept updated order to delivery. The Caple freezer is good quality and worth the cost it came with easy to follow fitting instructions and booklet.

The description of the product was sufficiently detailed to enable me to make an informed choice whether or not to buy. Further, it did not mislead.

Timely arrival of the product
I like the actual product. The chairs are comfortable.
The only minor criticism is that the product was described as a sofa on the delivery note and this caused confusion with the delivery men. It was not a sofa but two garden chairs.

We ordered the wrong fridge freezer. When we received it and realised the mistake, it only took a phone call and an email to have it picked up, and we got our money back (with £80 deducted for the return cost). No hassle.
