This service was quick and easy
This service was quick and easy. We have just moved into a new house and the fridge is switched, I can’t wait to fill it this week. This is the 2nd caple fridge we’ve had and we just love it.

First Caple cooker hood one was damaged…
First Caple cooker hood one was damaged and the replacement was also damaged but I used both to build an acceptable one in my own time with my own skills. The damaged hood was picked up a day later to be returned to Caple. Very good organisation from Appliance House with pleasant quick email communication. I would use them again as it was not their fault that the hoods had been damaged at some time in transit or in poor storage due to inadequate packing material. Am pleased with the product even though I ended up putting it together.

Competitive pricing and prompt, efficient delivery. The microwave works well and isn't too complicated to use, though some more comprehensive instructions would be helpful. The packaging was quite badly damaged but we haven't needed to return the product so no harm done.
