It was a fabulous day. A day my children and I will never forget. From start to finish it was brilliant. The staff were great, the gladiators were brilliant and the hosts kept everyone engaged and entertained. Would highly recommend. I am going to apply for more ticket's as the experience was great.

Easy to understand the process and kept informed at all times. Staff on the day friendly and helpful and on “downtimes” (changing set) of games the compere was excellent.

I've used Applause store for 3 years in a row now for Gladiators and this year was the best yet. As the show gains popularity so does the demand for tickets and last year there was a lot of disappointment around oversubscriptions. It did come with a guarantees return which I've used this year but the disappointment wasn't great when being turned away

The booking system is easy to use and it's very easy to select the tickets. The whole system seems more refined this year with the team celebrating that all people gained entry that followed the rules for all sessions so far. That's a great celebration following the negativity from last year.

The team are very friendly and everything seems to run very smoothly around the tickets and how they're distributed and the queue moves quickly once the tickets are beinf given out.

Not being successful in gaining entry is very disappointing so many poor reviews are likely around this point but it's also part of the free ticket process.

I can't fault Applause Store for anything, even when I didn't gain entry last year but definitely well done on improving the entry numbers this year on last

Free tickets! What's not to like!

It was a great day, we ended up sat quite far back which was a shame but what an amazing event! Great hosts and DJs and the events were so fun to watch!

We really enjoyed the event. It was fun and entertaining, and my sons never got bored despite it being a long day. The staff were also extremely helpful. At the beginning of the show, I briefly lost one of my young sons in the arena, which was very stressful, but the staff were incredibly kind, calm, and effective. Thankfully, he was found in less than five minutes! :)

I enjoyed watching the crew arranging the events and I love hearing the referee saying, “contenders ready?” “gladiators ready?” the referee saying this is giving me exciting and steady vibes. I enjoyed the games for what they played. if Bradley Walsh is dancing to that tune, I preferred the squid game song like round and round rather than that worst theme.

Absolutely brilliant experience to see was a tiring day but very worth it and definitely would do it all again if got the chance.

Was amazing day out,love the show anyway,was u sure what to expect through the day as was aware that takes time to set up for events but its was entertaining throughout ,not a quiet moment all day just good fun,music and entertainment,think kids enjoyed all the entertainment as much as the actual events,would go again strait away if had the chance

I had assist tickets this year and from joining the que to returning back to enter the arena everything was so well organised. Constantly something going on to keep everyone entertained (as we have been lucky to come before some of the jokes etc were repeated so maybe need to look for new material)

Had an absolutely fantastic day seeing one of our favourite programmes, Gladiators being filmed. It was a long, noisy, tiring day and I’ve got no voice left but well worth it. Seeing our favourite Gladiators and not to forget Bradley and Barney and of course the referees too. Hope to get chosen again in the future. Thanks Applause Store.

We went to the Tuesday showing and we had in my daughters words the best day ever the entertainment between events was amazing kept everyone entertained we will definitely be coming again

Staff were excellent. The interludes with the djs was really uplifting and made a very long day very entertaining. Lots of audience interaction with the glads themselves
