Gary from Apex Driving really teaches you how to drive and enjoy driving rather than prepping you solely for the test. After two failed tries with different companies before, Gary helped me pass first time round with him at Morden. Had lots of fun chats and felt confident in my driving ability. Prices are on the more affordable side, especially on test day. Would recommend.

I had a great experience with Apex Driving School. They found an instructor for me very quickly, and the pricing was very affordable. I was lucky to be taught by Anas, who instilled confidence and trusted that I was ready to take my test. I am very happy to say that I passed my driving test, thanks to him!

Successfully passed my driving test today thanks to my instructor Addy. I appreciate the patience he had with me as a complete beginner and very happy with my experience with Apex Driving. Highly recommend!!!

Passed first time with gary as my driving instructor. He was always very patient and is a really good teacher.

Addy was an amazing instructor! Very flexible with scheduling, patient with new drivers and makes you feel confident driving. Passed first time with 1 minor with addy, can’t thank him enough!

I passed my driving test thank you to Anas he is a great instructor who was so supportive with such reasonable charges. I passed with not even a single minor

Passed first time using Apex with Instructor Addy. He was very patient and helpful.

I had an excellent experience with Apex Driving School and especially with my instructor, Usman. I took four 2-hour manual driving lessons and successfully passed my practical test at Mitcham!

Usman is an amazing instructor — calm, clear, and very supportive throughout the process. His teaching style really boosted my confidence and helped me feel fully prepared for the test.

The school itself is very professional and responsive. Any queries I had were answered quickly and helpfully, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Highly recommend both Usman and Apex Driving School to anyone preparing for their driving test!

Great service and reliable. My instructor Simon was great with teaching and a very friendly person, made the lessons enjoyable but professional!

I just passed my automatic driving test on the first attempt, and I couldn’t be more grateful to David from Apex Driving School.

David is an incredible instructor—patient, calm, and great at explaining everything in a way that makes sense. He helped me stay relaxed and confident throughout my lessons, and his support really made learning to drive an enjoyable experience.

Apex was also really helpful from the start, guiding me through booking the test and choosing the right test centre.

If you’re looking for a skilled and supportive driving instructor, I highly recommend Apex Driving School!

Thank you soooo much to Anas for helping me pass my test on my first attempt with only one minor! He helped me fully prepare for the test and we had daily lessons in the days leading up to the test. He made the time for me and those final few days were crucial in helping me feel confident for the test, as well as Anas' positive and calm manner. I really enjoyed my chats and time with him and will always have fond memories of learning to drive and passing on the first go! I've had a few driving instructors in the past and tried manual before but this time learning to drive automatic with Anas (aka Addy) has been my most positive and rewarding experience. Would fully recommend to anyone else! Thanks again Addy!

Today I passed my test!! Thank you Anas Ahmad, you've been the best!
I had no confidence and you managed to build it up in only a few weeks! Your lessons are so useful and your calm way of teaching has been the best for me.
I can only recommend!

Thank you to my great and friendly driving instructor, Anas! Thank you so much for helping me pass my driving test yesterday. It’s very much appreciated!

Mr.Tahir was an extremely great instructor, kind, teaches well and helped me get my g2

From my very first lesson, Sarah seemed to know exactly where my skill level and confidence stood—and how to build on both, just enough, every single time. Right from day one, we jumped into three-point turns and tackled roundabouts, with Sarah always pushing me to improve and aim higher. She never settled for “good enough.” Instead, she set thoughtful, constructive challenges—tight parallel parking, navigating rush hour roundabouts, surprise detours, and winding country lanes—so that by the time test day arrived, real-world driving felt completely manageable.

What truly sets Sarah apart is the perfect blend of expertise and personality. She’s calm and reassuring when you need it most, hilariously funny when nerves creep in, and sharply insightful when breaking down manoeuvres to make them easier to master. Every correction came with an encouraging “You’ve got this,” and every success was met with genuine excitement, imaginary high fives, and plenty of laughs.

Sarah is kind, patient, and endlessly supportive. She believed in me from day one, long before I believed in myself, and I passed with zero faults because of her. More importantly, I now feel confident, prepared, and completely at ease behind the wheel.

If you’re looking for an instructor who teaches beyond the test, builds real-world confidence, and makes the whole journey fun and empowering, I can’t recommend Sarah highly enough.

Today was a truly memorable day, largely due to the exceptional instruction provided by Addy. I am extremely grateful for his expertise; my previous experience at a different driving school was significantly less effective. Addy's patience, attentiveness to my specific needs, and non-judgmental approach were invaluable. Furthermore, his vehicle was consistently well-maintained. I highly recommend Addy as a driving instructor if you really want to pass your driving test. His teaching methods are clear and readily understood.. I wouldn't have passed my test without his help. Thanks so much, Mr Addy and Apex driving.

I recently passed my practical driving exam on the first attempt, and I owe a big part of that success to my instructor, Simon. He has been an incredibly calm, composed, and patient teacher throughout the learning process. His clear explanations and supportive approach made every lesson stress-free and easy to understand. He always created a positive and encouraging environment, which really helped build my confidence behind the wheel. I highly recommend him to anyone learning to drive—he’s a great instructor and truly passionate about helping his students succeed. Thanks again Simon for all your guidance!

I passed my driving test today in automatic, first time! I had about 16 hours of lessons with Gary having had a previous bad experience with an instructor from another driving school. Gary is clear, calm, methodical and an excellent teacher! Would definitely recommend.

I passed my driving test first time thanks to Addy. He was very patient and supportive, and gave clear instructions and explantions to anything I would ask. Addy helped me build my confidence to be a good driver, and thanks to him I passed. If you’re in the Mitcham area I would highly recommend Addy.

My instructor Ceri was brilliant. Very patient and understanding and helped with all the questions i had. He was flexible with planning lessons and gave me all the skills I needed to pass my test first time. Would definitely recommend him as an instructor.
