WOW!!! AP valves never cease to amaze me their customer service has always been excellent I sent my AP Trident jacket for repair as I managed to puncture the bladder and wreck the zipper a few days ago, I got through on the generic number and asked to be transferred to the service department, the lady asked if she could help, I thought I don't think so, but I humoured her anyway, so I said I have sent an AP Trident jacket in for repair, no other details, and she said is that the one that needs the pocket stitched as well, even a computer or A.I would have taken a few milliseconds to calculate the answer, or it would have taken a few seconds to read off a screen but this lady was instant I asked her how she had done it, she said she only had two tridents sent back and she knew the other one had gone back but even so that is amazing, I've always stuck with companies that give good customer service expecially of critical stuff like diving equipment even though I have backup kit just incase I have an emergency dive I need to do.

I first bought a Buddy Sea king , and a Buddy Artic ABLJ in the mid 80's. I up graded to Commando jacket at university. The same jacket was still working 35 years later. I replaced the jacket with a new one.
These units are very well made. The customer service is second to none. This is a great supplier of Diving equipment.
The best units in the market for British Diving and diving world wide. Bullet proof.
I've taken my jacket abroad and had a number of instructors wanting to buy the jacket off me. No such luck.
Buy it and have safe diving. With a very good back up service.
I contacted customer service to get a inflator part that after 24 years was leaking. Spoke to Sarah who arranged the right part to be sent to me. It arrived today three days later. Jacket back up and running. Thanks.

I would just like to put in writing my delight and appreciation for the service and workmanship from AP Diving,
I have a couple of Buddy Commando BCD’s. One had suffered from rodent damage to the straps and external body mesh. Whilst hardly used (as it was a back up), I was reluctant to use it due to the damage. On discussing this with a friend in Gozo, he suggested sending it back to AP Diving. He stated that they had given him fantastic service on his damaged BCD.
This stirred a memory of a similar (forgotten) recommendation from my time in the Services. Having sent my BCD back to AP Diving, I was surprised but hugely delighted with the repairs conducted. It was that good that my Wife moaned at me for buying another BCD (believing it to be new). The repairs only matched by the very reasonable price.
Great BCD, fantastic after sales service.
