Unfortunately I order one piece of…

Unfortunately I order one piece of swimwear and when arrives in London where I live I have to pay £80 for tax which make me very upset in the end. The one piece I order was £200. I had to pay extra £80 for VAT so please be aware when you order From them.

Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the customs charges of your country upon receiving your order.

As clearly stated during in out terms of service and in our shipping policy, customers outside the EU are responsible for paying any applicable import duties or VAT as determined by their own country’s regulations. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and we cannot influence or waive them.

When you reached out to us via Instagram regarding a second order, we also kindly explained that as an EU-based company, we are legally required to declare the correct value of the goods on customs documents. Understating this amount would be illegal and could result in serious consequences for both our business and the recipient.

We truly appreciate your understanding, and we’re always here if you have any further questions. We’re committed to being fully transparent and supportive throughout your shopping experience.

corrected retrun policy

Antoninias changed return policy after my remark receiving a voucher which is not allowed according EU regulations. They refunded the amount instead within days, thanks for solving this issue correctly.

In fact, as I am personally familiar with your case, my team followed the exact return process you requested and even made an exception to accommodate your needs. This was done as part of our commitment to ensuring our clients are happy, even in unique situations. All of our products are carefully crafted in the EU, with great attention to detail. Each swimwear piece is double-layered with high quality materials, made in a studio with quality stitching and intricate detailing, and backed by various certifications. We take pride in offering premium-quality items that have been loved by our worldwide clientele, many of whom return to shop with us again and again. Your comments about our quality and policies don’t align with the experience we strive to provide or the feedback we receive from the majority of our customers. We have already shipped thousand of orders and you can guess that if our work would be soo poor you would see thousand of poor reviews. Nonetheless, we value all feedback, but we would appreciate you take in consideration the fact that we even meet your demands.

Ridiculous

Ridiculous. Everying
From materials, customer service, return policy (or lack of thereof)
Over 500 euros wasted on low quality, bad fitting swimsuit,
Don’t fall for the beautiful advertising video.

When you initially expressed a desire to return your item, you mentioned that the cover up was not satisfactory. As we had never received such feedback about our best-selling cover-up, we kindly asked for more details about what specifically didn’t meet your expectations and offered to exchange it for new one at no additional cost. Unfortunately, you declined this option.

The cover-up in question is crafted with 5 meters of high-quality Italian chiffon fabric, certified and carefully selected for its exceptional properties. Naturally, due to transport, the garment may arrive wrinkled of course , but as we noted to you, a quick steaming allows the chiffon to drape beautifully, showcasing the luxurious quality of the fabric.

Subsequently, you requested an exchange, and we promptly provided instructions to facilitate this process. However, we have yet to receive your return or a follow-up reply from you.

All of our products are meticulously crafted in the EU with exceptional attention to detail. Each piece is made with premium materials, and produced in a studio known for its quality stitching and intricate detailing. These high standards have earned us the loyalty of a global clientele who frequently return for more of our products.

Your comments about our quality do not align with the experiences we work hard to provide or the overwhelmingly positive feedback we consistently receive. We have successfully shipped thousands of orders, and our reviews reflect the satisfaction of our customers.

Don't shop here - Absolutely customer-unfriendly return policy

I recently shopped with Antoninias, drawn by the marketing style on instagram. Unfortunately, I was left very disappointed. I have a natural, larger bust size, and their swimwear simply does not provide the necessary support. I find that their products seem to be designed for women with surgically enhanced shapes, offering no structural support (like sewn-in bra cups) for naturally fuller figures.

But the real problem comes here - because a not-fitting style cannot be the only reason for a one-star review:

After trying the items and realizing they wouldn’t work, and returning them in time, I was left with a €500 voucher....Instead of a fair return policy, I’m stuck with a voucher that’s virtually useless to me!

Antoninias claims to provide alternative solutions, but so far, I haven’t received a real resolution. I explained to them that their style doesn't fit me, but as a customer you are not allowed to return clothes. Instead you get a voucher for the same amount...

Now I’m left with a €500 voucher that, due to Antoninias’ restrictive policy, I have no real way of using. Imagine spending that kind of money only to realize you can’t exchange it for anything that fits!

So, in case you are 100% sure that the clothes will fit, you can shop there. To anybody else (who cannot be sure before buying something on the internet), I can really not recommend it.

Antoninias, I hope you take consumer feedback seriously.
