Been 2 months since I ordered, haven’t gotten the package, tracking doesn’t show anything, and their customer support won’t respond anywhere. Scam. I’ll be disputing this charge through my bank

Daniel from Anime Town is an absolute gem he helped me promptly fix my delivery address on the order. The variety of anime designs available is astonishing, ranging from classic animes to latest season designs. High quality and great attention to detail! Will buy again!

Does not provide tracking. Does not respond to emails or social media messages. All means to find tracking lead back to invoice.
I purchased a switch skin and $10 expedite fee and have no gotten item at max. expected wait time (today).

They sent me a different skin for my Steam Deck that I ordered. I wrote them a message but they never responded. I would not recommend using their website to buy anything.

Update August 28: Item finally received after almost 5 months. Still never received a reply so whether it arrived or not the store could not care less. Will go to AliExpress next time.

Bought items in April. Its now June I haven't received anything. I do see some people saying their stuff arrived months later but the site claims 10-25 business days. Had I known that was false, I would have just bought from China.

Whats worse, they never respond to messages.

Ordered an item in September and still haven't received it. I tried to despute the charge and they messaged me trying to fix the issue. Weeks pass and still no order and no response from them when I email them. Took my money and ran. This seems like a scam.

Poor print quality of their credit card skins. They look great on the pictures on their website but once you have them in your hands, big thumbs down.

Terrible customer support. Tried to contact them multiple times to talk about the poor product quality. didn't respond via mail/instagram.

I spent almost 50$ for a steam deck skin just to have it not fit properly. The print is beautiful and exactly as pictured on the website, however the application of it is horrid. For starters it doesn't come with ANY instructions whatsoever, had to Google how to apply a steam deck skin. They try to say the instructions are on their instagram, but nope. Nowhere in sight. And it also doesn't come with any alcohol wipes or a microfiber cloth like it should. I noticed it says we have to pay for shipping it back if we want a refund on their website which would be about 15$ (or more) for me since I'm in the US, so I'm just going to deal with the crappy product. I also paid for 8-15 day shipping and it definitely took more than 15 business days to get to me. Literally nowhere did it specify if that time frame was for only Australian buyers or not, so that was dumb too. I do not recommend their products and I'll personally never be shopping there again. Oh yeah, they also never replied to the 2 (3 if including the one from today) emails I sent them either. One was before I even received my product so they had ample time to reply. I sent them one today about a refund but once I read that the customer pays for the return shipping I decided it's not worth it.

Honestly I was skeptical because of the other reviews but I'm was very haply with my order. I ordered a switch skin and paid extra for shipping so it'll come quicker and it came when expected. I got notifications and consistent updated on where my package was. Overall I'm satisfied and would purchase again.

I bought a pop socket which took several weeks to arrive. When it arrived, the pop socket was cracked in half. I reached out to the company several times and have been ghosted. They will not respond or make it right. Very dissatisfied.

UPDATE- it is January 3rd and I have received the items i purchased in November for a Christmas present. It is such a shame that the customer service is so poor. If there was more communication, and I mean literally any communication at all from them I would have waited on my previous review. The items came finally and i have yet to try them on my cards and switch but just wanted to update future customers that i did in fact receive my items. I added a Star due to a few little extras i received that weren’t purchased and I’m giving the benefit of the doubt that they were included prior to my bad review. I will update once more on how the items fit but so far they look pretty good quality.

Old - I purchased an order and never received it passed the 10-22 day expected delivery. It has been quite some time passed that expectation. I sent multiple emails to customer service which were never answered. I commented on a recent IG post of theirs in which my comment was immediately deleted. DONT BUY from here. It is a scam. You can find anything on here on Amazon. I just wanted to try and support a cool brand.

Animetowncreations is a scamming site. I made an online order for some Nintendo switch skins for my nephew for his birthday and nothing was ever sent. The phone number on their website is a Chinese man who does not speak English and stated that his number has been stolen. I had to use google translate to talk to him. I have sent numerous emails with no response. And reported the company to fair trading. I did find an abn for this business which is less than 9 months old and I warn others do not buy from this website because they will take your money and you won’t get anything for it. Biggest waste of my time and money.

Made an order on the 10/11/22 in hopes to get items before Christmas Day (25/12)
Reached out to them on the 1st, as I paid $6.99 for express shipping (1-3) business days states their website.

Sent them emails and messages on socials
They finally replied saying they would resend as ‘good will gesture’ and then never confirmed tracking etc

I reached out again after a few days requesting this information. They just sent me on a run around, eventually I cracked it and kept asking for PROOF they had sent it either time.

Also so weird it’s in USD currency but they’re located in Sydney.

After threatening fair trade & still no confirmation of it ever being sent.

They finally sent tracking information on the 12/12 - which confirmed the fact they had NEVER shipped any items or the good will gesture before hand as all of a sudden had an email confirmation

Not entirely sure this will even come, and the stuff around is so not worth it.

i received most of my items but did not get all my items and some of the skins did not fit the cards with numbers on the front did not fit correctly even thought it was cut for that purpose, also when contacting customer support there was no response.
my advice only order if you willing to chance something coming from the reviews read or from my experience if you dont mind wasting a bit of money

I received my order and made big mistake by calling them scammers because someone else’s opinion so I want to apologize and love the product I received, THANK YOU.
