Angelic Diamonds Recenzje

Fantastic experience with Angelic Diamonds! A huge thank you to Philippa and Jayne, who were absolutely lovely throughout my exchange.

Even though i missed the 30-day exchange deadline they were so understanding and still allowed me to exchange the ring for my husband

They handled everything professionally, patiently and with such kindness. Nothing was too much trouble. I couldn’t recommend them enough – thank you angelic diamonds for going above and beyond!

Earrings and pendant bought for my wife for our 60th anniversary.
Selection was only difficult because of the variety available and the manufacture and delivery time was as promised, in good time for our party.
My wife was really delighted.

Couldn’t have found a better company to deal with a very specific request. Please read the reviews and I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed with the service they provide.

Amazing customer service from Jayne; I left it late (2 weeks) to order a necklace for my wife but using live chat on the website I was able to chat with Jayne and she was able to prioritise my order and guaranteed it would be with me by a specific date - and it was!

Really beautifully made necklace with an amazing natural diamond with GIA cert. Very well packaged, really discreet.

My wife loves the necklace so thanks Angelic Diamonds and thanks Jayne for your brilliant customer service.

A ring ordered for my wife, perfect and delivery amended with no problems to keep the surprise

The team went above and beyond to get my engagement ring to me on time (10 days before the original estimated time) I needed it before a holiday to Rome and they were happy to help me out. The ring, packaging and service was 10/10 and I will be recommending them to my friends in the future. Thank you Angelic Diamonds.

Beautiful ring, as expected. Great quality and service from the team. I was kept well informed at each stage and it was delivered on time with no problems.I went on to propose to my now fiancé on the Isle of Mull a few days ago. Thank you for being a part of our story together.

Very helpful customer service, good communication updates on the delivery of the Grace diamond and gold cross which is beautiful and good quality.

Also the necklace ordered was not suitable and it was agreed to return just the chain for a full refund (at our cost for p and p and insurance), without any quibble.

Very happy with the overall service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Angelic Diamonds.

Thought I’d buy online from your website as all the jewellery was good priced compared to high street and the options you get as in colour diamond & carat and the colour of gold lets you match up with my rings. Love my ring so much so my husband will purchase another for my birthday. And I also have to mention the beautiful packaging LOVE IT 😍

Friendly. amazing prices. well presented box. clear communication.

Great ring great service and got sent to me on time and when they said they would. Would definately highly recommend and my girlfriend now fiancee loves her ring

This is my second time buying products from this company, and the quality is very good and the customer service is excellent. I placed my order a bit too late, but they helped me get the product in time for my wife's birthday. Very well packed.
Thank you

So a few things that were great, firstly I actually felt part of the design and creation with helpful advice. We didnt get the exact gem we were looking for but got extremely close and in the end probably enjoyed it even more.

Secondly the discreet packaging and all the additional advice and services included with the ring, including a lovely ring box.

Thirdly suggested a large budget and the ring created was less than half of said budget so really felt like the perfect ring was made rather than trying to milk me for money or trying to upsell me anything and it was an incredible price for the ring supplied too. Ill hopefully never need to buy another ring but if I did I would 100% be coming back to Angelic Diamonds!

Great service, lovely necklace, thank you

Fantastic- wonderful service

Fantastic advise. Absolutely delighted with the final product. Can't thank you highly enough

Very happy with my order was so easy to arrange and was delivered with care and made better then expected my girlfriend was over the moon with the ring

Fantastic company to deal with. I’ve purchased from them a couple of times now. Impeccable products, service and delivery times. They do what they say, and when they say they will do it. Honestly, I can’t recommend them enough.
