The cut is rough sometimes breaking skin on clients. This is definitely the worst pair I have purchased and I am quite disappointed. Again these are WAY TOO LOUD AND PROBABLY TO MUCH POWER.

Jeg har købt en andis slimline Pro t-blade trimmer, udelukkende fordi den havde top anmeldelser. Aldrig har jeg været mere skuffet over et produkt. Batteriet dør efter 10 min. Og selv når den kører kæmper motoren for at klippe. Jeg må medgive at jeg har tykt skæg, men maskinen sælges som en pro maskine. Produktet er så dårligt at jeg allerede et lille år efter må fuldstændig kassere det. Lad være med at købe dette produkt.

I’ve been trying to get support from Andis for over a week now after submitting a warranty request. I provided all the necessary info, including the receipt, but never got a proper update.

I followed up twice via live chat, and both times I was told someone would get back to me. Today, the agent apologized for the delay and said they would follow up again — and then the chat was ended without giving me any timeline or clear next steps.

As an international customer, it’s really disappointing to feel like we’re treated as a lower priority compared to domestic customers. I expected better from a well-known global brand like Andis.

10/10. best clippers i’ve ever used. they cut close but also have a long blade so the blend is fire. Charge fast and battery lasts all day or longer . make sure yall get some andis!!

I bought an entry level kit to groom my dogs. It uses racd blades. I used to be able to buy new blades, now you have to buy a whole replacement kit. I'm moving back to Wahl clippers.

Thanks for making a great shaver. I order a andis and used it for about 3 months. After that I went to a more costly shaver. Just after a short time went back to using my andis. Don't see me changing anymore. Again thanks

The product is ok, not great - not bad just ok. For the price NOT worth it. Blades last very little. Replacement….. now that is where they get you. Replacement can go up to $30 for a blade.

Fix your website - it sucks

I paid top dollar for hair clippers & trimmers. Some of the worse clippers I've ever purchased. Made cheap, overpriced, just generic all around. Andis should be ashamed of themselves, if I had more than 2 thumbs they would all be turned down for Andis products.#GODSPEED.

They were very professional my trimmer was fixed on warranty I shipped it out it was fixed and send back promptly and it was returned nicely boxed and packed better then when I sent it Thank you Andis 10 . ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Have seen reviews about the tight bonnet and I totally agree— it’s tight as Dick’s hatband! (An old saying) I remedied that in as old a way, and the hairdryer became usable that quickly! I made a slit in the bonnet where the elastic was threaded through it. I then threaded a strip of elastic of my own through that same area.(Pin the end down as you start to thread so not to pull it completely through and having to start again) Because the bonnet is big enough you can adjust your elastic to the size you want and when done tie it off or pin it so that it stays as set. Works wonderfully. Be careful to make the slit through the one layer of plastic where the elastic can be threaded through.

Almost 35 Blades are not working and they are not replying to my Emails seriously

I’ve purchased a lot of barber products from different companies this has to be the worst one I’ve ever bought anything from I bought a “brand new” trimmer from the Alamo barber and beauty supply store in San Antonio Texas after purchasing this trimmer I used it and it was pulling hair not cutting like it’s designed to do so i talked to a representative at andis company and they told me to pay for the trimmer to be shipped to them (once again I’ve never had to pay for someone else’s problem that I’ve bought from them) then I get the trimmer back it sounds like crap when I turn it on and it’s still pulling hair plus now it turns on when it wants to. So now andis wants me to send this trimmer back in again so they can “fix” it like no who wants to keep getting this lemon back. If you can’t fix my problem or give me a refund I will never buy andis products again.

I ordered a new clipper and it’s been over a week, they still haven’t shipped it out I call them and email and they say to keep waiting it shows it’s shipping today. It never ships. Days later still waiting on my expensive clipper to get here it’ll still take a week after it ships. Not good customer service. Horrid shipping time. Hope it’s worth it. I’ve seen reviews on faulty clippers being shipped

Andis sell faulty product then charge you to fix a product that you bought new in the box. Horrible unethical company

Worst trimmer of my whole career. Bought at sallys brand new. Cut the third client i was on and pulled the hair instead of cleanin it up. sallys wouldnt refund so had to go through andis corporate. worst experience customer service of my life. They sent me a bunk prepaid mailing sticker, i had to pay my own, than, took them over twenty days and two calls later to find out they had fed ex just dump it in my front part of the apartment building so someone stole it. called back spoke with the same myra who only apologies to give and so far unresolved nothing. im out a trimmer i spent 90$ on, 15$ in shipping costs and countless amounts of money ive lost at work not being able to use a trimmer. I will never again buy anything from andis and i will be banning it from any stylyst ever using them in my salon. And i forever cut this company down and tell my experience. what a joke.

We bought Andis Gold Master Clipper and have so many issues with it. It is cutting the skin and pulling, snagging, catching up, puĺling. We sent it back to Andis and they said, it works fine and sent it back to us. We are sending it back again from the company we bought it from Chris&Sons and we will never buy Andis ever again. They have to replace it or we will take this further. Gold Andis Master Clipper is most expensive product in the market yet they are the worst in the product.

I bought Andis trimmer in Sally Beauty Supply twice. First one cut my clients skin, not sharp and missing hair so I have to go 4 times to make clean line at the neck.
Second one didn't work in the beginning. I paid $70 for each this trash. For second one I didn't get money back. It was sign in Sally Beauty Supply "no returns on trimmers". But it is not right. I needed it urgent and I didn't have money for another one. I remember years ago I had my first Andis trimmer and also wasn't happy. It looks good but it works terrible. There is great reviews on Google about Andis trimmer but it is fake reviews. I am hair professional and know value of hair tools and all prices. Very disappointed.
Now I have trimmer from Target for $30 and it works perfectly. I will never buy Andis anymore.

Har købt en hesteklipper til 1500kr fra Andis.
Den er helt fantastisk, nem at bruge, larmer ikke meget og skærer virkelig godt. Har brugt den på 4 ben og en bringe. Grunden til min lave bedømmelse er skæret. En gang nåede jeg at bruge maskinen så knækkede 3 “ tænder “ af skæret og er nu helt ubrugelig.
Jeg har opbevaret maskinen i original emballage og fulgt anbefalinger om at holde det tørt, rengøring mm. Jeg har helt sikkert ikke tabt maskinen men det tror “Andis “ ikke på. Jeg tror selv på at det er en fabriksfejl for hvordan kan det knække af efter en gang? Det var ikke under brug af maskinen.
Selvom jeg er under garanti vil Andis ikke sende mig er nyt skær, så selvom maskinen er rigtig god til 1500kr, vil det koste mig 400kr for køb af nyt skær hvis jeg skal kunne bruge maskinen igen.
