AVOID THIS FIRM AT ANY COSTS.

Our experience was appalling. The valuation was grossly unfair, excessively negative and packed with assumptions that severely damaged our transaction. They applied extreme vacant possession and void assumptions which pushed the figure down by around £1 million, despite the actual purchase evidence. The report felt completely disconnected and created serious problems where there should not have been any.

The valuation report we received had real consequences and caused stress, delays and difficulties.

We would never use this firm again and would strongly warn others against doing so. If you are buying property and do not want future trouble, stay well away.
