I received my order, however, one of my single eyeshadows broke immediately. I reached out to customer service and they responded within minutes and offered to replace my broken eyeshadow. They were very helpful and very nice to deal with. Great company with beautiful products and great customer service!

I have asked several times if the lip stain has been discontinued and I cannot get a straight reply iv been asked what colour then replied with the lip gloss saying it wasn’t available in that shade I don’t care what shade has it been discontinued??? I have tried liquid lipstick but it bleeds

I have used ABH products for years. Never ever disappointed. Their shadows are amazing and I own pretty much all of them. If you have not tried their mascara, brow pencils or eye primer. Do it! I love ABH and all their products. Their customer service is the best; truly! I love supporting the brand and will continue!!

Today I received my Cosmos palette and one pan was broken. I emailed them just to let them know this and that I was sending it back. Easy peasy. Within minutes I received an email from them apologizing and asking for a photo. I sent it off and again within minutes they emailed me back saying another was on the way. In this day and age getting a response within a day or two is “normal” so, within minutes is amazing! I’m very grateful for good customer service. Looking forward to playing with my new palette. Thank you!

I was so excited to receive my new cosmo palette! I love me some shimmery eyeshadow so I was totally stoked to try this out! My order came in the mail and when I opened it low and behold it was broken. I wasn't sure how Anastasia would work with broken received items. Inside it looked so carefully wrapped but my box was a little dingd' up. So I messaged customer service and they messaged me back the same day. Once I submitted photos they fixed the solution and told me they were sorry for the inconvenience and they would be expediting a brand new cosmo palate to me. And no drama about returning the broken one and shipping it back out.
The resolve to the problem only took 2 days. Thank you for the prompt and efficient customer service!!!

I ordered a shade of Anastasia's Brow Duo online (from a general online beauty store, not directly from Anastasia). I guessed about the color out of the 11 colors offered; it was OK, but not "quite right." I contacted Anastasia directly. MINUTES later, they got back to me and had me email them a head shot (in daylight). In only an hour from my first email, they recommended a color that proved exactly right. AMAZING customer service!!

I ordered two Cosmos eyeshadow palettes, the colors are stunning. Unfortunately, they got broken during shipping, but the customer service was amazing. They resolved it immediately, which makes me very happy and speaks highly of the company, which always has excellent products.

I received my eyeshadow palette and one of the shades are broken. I reached out to customer service. They reply to my email within a couple of hours, and they replaced my broken eyeshadow right away for me. We need more beauty company customer service like ABH customer service.

This company is very good with getting back to you in a timely manner if you have a problem. I received an item broken and it was for my daughter's birthday and they got right on it and replaced it and sent a new one out. I think they're a top-notch company and I will continue to buy from them.

I’ve only had amazing experiences with ABH. Always fast shipping and great customer service whenever something goes wrong (which is extremely rare for me over the last 5 years). I recently received a new palette which has a shattered shade. I sent an email regarding this to customer service and was assisted with fixing the issue almost immediately. 🙂

Tout est de très bonne qualité et fait parfaitement le job (Palettes Norvina, Liquid Liner, Fard noir, Pinceaux, Liner noir en pot).
Le packaging est très qualitatif aussi et l'envoi soigné et très rapide.
Malheureusement malgré tout le soin apporté certaines palettes sont arrivés avec des fards endommagés. J'ai contacté le service client qui a été très professionnel et réactif et m'a très rapidement proposé un remplacement ou un remboursement après envoi de photos.
Super produits, super service client, je recommande.

First time I’ve ordered from the online store and I won’t be doing so again.

Next day delivery offers on orders over £100……. They don’t honour this. So if you want a quick delivery, spend your money elsewhere. The customer service response when I enquired 3 days after ordering was just to Check the tracking info - not very helpful at all. Maybe one day my order will arrive.

I've only used the product for 2 days, and sadly it was damaged on the way here so it's been tricky, but Anastasia has been amazing about communication and getting a replacement sent the very next business day. Very very impressed with the pigment level and clear I will be using the palette for a long time before it runs out.

I bought three palettes from norvina collection on arrival, both eyeshadow palettes were broken. I wrote to customer service and sent them photos and the necessary supporting documents and in just a few hours, less than 24 hours, they replied and asked me for a refund or resend the broken pallets. I chose replacement instead because I really want this jewelry intact. Very impressed with their service and I would definitely buy things again and absolutely recommend them to others. Go for it girls, you won't regret these treasures and I'm not even saying the customer service which is top notch, and respond immediately. Thank you for all the help and the very fast service!

especially do not hesitate to order it is a good reliable and fast site and the products are just wow. These have become my favorite eyeshadows. Thank you ABH for these sublime Palettes. You have to blend well to have a crazy rendering. Go for it, don't wait, if you haven't tried it yet. It's so beautiful and they have nicer offers than Sephora.

J’ai reçu une palette endommagé. J’ai contacté le service client et cela a pris plusieurs jours pour avoir une réponse. Après avoir envoyé les preuves en photos etc. On me demande de choisir entre un remboursement et un remplacement. Je choisis le remboursement, et depuis, PLUS DE NOUVELLES. Je regarde mon compte tout les jours et je n’ai toujours pas reçu de remboursement. J’ai essayé de les contacter de nouveau, aucune réponse !

Today I received my order in the mail and few items were missing I reached out and emailed Anastasia about my order and within minutes i got a response that their fulfillment team is already on it and will be sending me the missing items in the order. Though I didn’t receive a few items this whole experience turned it right around. I was so surprised how easy and painless that was to get my order corrected. Usually you have to go through a whole process and it can be a whole inconvenience but not today. I am so pleased and wowed by their customer service.

My palette arrived shattered but I swear, less than 10 minutes after I sent my email they had a replacement on the way to me! EASILY the BEST customer service I have EVER experienced! I usually order their products through Ulta, but I'll be buying directly through ABH from now on!
