My fixed mortgage rate was coming to an end. In Feb 2024 I contacted Mr Colum Cleary, a mortgage broker for a mortgage.
I told him my fixed mortgage rate needs to be renewed and I need a better product. He was so fast in searching for the best product and sent my application to my mortgage lender.
He was so efficient. The transfer to the new rate was done quickly. I was very impressed with his service. He went above and beyond and applied for the extension of my mortgage term.
I have used Mr Colum Cleary and his colleague, Mr Laurence Robins previously. Both were excellent. That is why whenever I need a mortgage broker I always contact these two. They are professional, quick and their communication is excellent and friendly. And they always have time to answer questions.
