Absolutely disgusted that this company has leaked my personal details to a unknown provider then was discriminate towards me when I challenged them.
This company over the last 3 years have been totally obnoxious and appalling in all aspects of correspondence and performance
And just wait to see there detailed excuse to get themselves out of the situation.
Let's see if they can out there keyboard fingers where the mouth is in February during the county court hearing for discriminate attitude towards members of His majesty services.

Company is been looked into as i took an agreement out in 2021 through v12 sports and classics originally v12 didnt want to give me the finance the branch manager rung automoney to make a deal so i could get credit they charged me 31.7% apr £ per year interest 2000 there is beleif that a commision based deal was made at the time which the FCA are looking into

AutoMoney has reviewed its lending in light of the FCA’s proposed motor finance redress framework. We have never operated tied arrangements or discretionary commission arrangements. All interest rates are set by AutoMoney at the point of approval, based on the information provided at the time of application, and cannot be influenced or adjusted by a dealer or broker.
We engage openly and proactively with the FCA and will continue to do so. If you have concerns about your specific agreement, these should be raised directly with us through our formal complaints process so they can be reviewed properly. If you remain dissatisfied after our final response, you have the right to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
We can’t comment further on individual agreements or regulatory matters publicly.

I had a genuinely positive experience with AutoMoney Motor Finance from start to finish Nov 2020 to Dec 2025. The team were professional, supportive, and clear throughout the entire agreement, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Communication was always prompt and respectful, and I felt valued as a customer at every stage. I’m pleased to say my agreement has now been completed and closed, and I truly appreciate the courteous and efficient service I received. It’s refreshing to deal with a finance company that operates with transparency and professionalism.
Thank you to the AutoMoney team for making the journey such a good one, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your services and would happily consider you again in the future.

impeccable personal service
I was approved for finance from this company despite a low credit rating .. the service is impeccable.. ive been in contact with an agent called Eshah . who checks in. offers advice on my account has given me a personable service and all in all ive had a really positive experience .. Ongoing unresolved complaint – FOS upheld but still waiting for refund
purchased a car financed through AutoMoney Limited in January 2025. Within 48 hours the vehicle developed a major engine fault.
An independent inspection (arranged at AutoMoney’s own request) confirmed the defect existed at the point of sale.
The Financial Ombudsman Service has since upheld my complaint, finding AutoMoney liable under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
Seven months later I am still waiting for a refund or resolution while continuing to pay for a car that has been off the road since March.
All documentation and evidence have been supplied to the Ombudsman and the FCA.
I’m sharing this review so others are aware of my experience and the ongoing delay in resolving it.

As this relates to an individual complaint, we’re limited in what we can discuss publicly. Any reference below is confined to information already in the public domain.
When your review was posted on 8 October 2025, the complaint was still under consideration. While an investigator’s view had been issued at that stage, the matter was subsequently escalated, and the Financial Ombudsman Service’s final decision (issued by an Ombudsman) was made on 28 October 2025.
Since that final decision was issued, we have completed all actions required of us in full and in accordance with the Ombudsman’s findings.
The Ombudsman’s decision sets out the appropriate resolution of the complaint and is binding. We have complied with it and therefore consider the matter concluded. We’re unable to comment further in a public forum.

Awful customer service, refusing to cease sending previous tenants letters to us.

They refuse to stop sending letters. Every other company we’ve asked to stop sending letters to previous tenants have ceased and desisted, yet they continue to ignore us. Awful company and awful customer service.
