I wouldn’t even give this company one star if I had a choice. Very poor customer service. My product came in damaged, I sent a picture along with all the info needed to replace my item or give me a refund. Neither happened.

This is the worse company they just sent me a knee brace when I ordered an ankle brace. It clearly states Ankle brace on the cover and yet they sent me a knee and then charged me 3x what the actual brace will normally cost.

Shorted me one bottle and also charged me too much. I believe this is a foreign company and they do not honor the deals they advertise on Wallmart.

This place is a complete rip off.
I purchased an item from them via the Walmart.com website. The stupid post office put my item in the wrong mailbox. I filed a claim with the USPS who did basically nothing because they are incompetent. They advised me to contact the shipper.
AmericaRX advised they would resolve the issue and reship the item I paid for. Great. I wait a week and then receive an email this morning stating they refuse to re-send the item because the USPS tracking shows the item was delivered to my address??? I already told you it wasn't. Why do I have to lie about a $17 item? Are you serious?
Very unprofessional.

Ordered a full size baby powder from Walmart , this place shipped me a $1 dollar sample size and charged me 4 91, no info on packing slip no company phone # , their email came up invalid GREAT . Can't return without authorization or original package . GREAT AGAIN. Going to feedback Walmart .

Ordered lip balm from them, through Amazon. Got a flannel dress instead. Amazon refunded my $5 but I never got the lip balm. Anyone need a flannel dress?

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I purchased thru them off of the walmart app. Splat hair dye. I recieved a really good counterfeit product. Looked authentic smelled off but never used the violet b4. I had an unknown substance on my hair for over an hour. It was not dye and smelled like kids scented markers .Very upset!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER, either on walmart.com or Amazon. com or their own website! They have the highest prices to start but my main issue is the lack of customer service or help. They shipped me an empty package and now claim that I have to take this issue up with the Post Office. Needless to say, I just asked Walmart to intervene and was issued a full refund right away. All these reviews are right on the nose when it comes to this shady company.

As everyone else is saying, RUN from this seller. I tried to purchase through Walmart, but Americarx canceled the order with NO explanation, promised to refund, then kept the money. They really need to be shut down. Those of you who have been scammed on Walmart or Amazon, Contact them and let them know. Neither wants their customers being ripped off or scammed! Let's get rid of these rip-off artists who are keeping our money and getting away with it!!

Terrible scam of a company...shipped the packaging and invoice for my order....but without the actual product itself. When I tried to contact the company they had no customer service number and would not respond back to my email.

had bought dettol antiseptic liquid for 19$. The same stuff I found in another store for 11$. When called them the agent said 'for return you have to pay for shipping and restocking fees 15$. So it is better not to return the item.' When mentioned about the cheaper price he said 'they have to consider all the shipping costs. So you should not buy everything online. ' what the hell? Online shopping is the current trend to save a lot of time. And these idiots are here to rob the people. DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM....ask them to get out of business... had ordered online through Walmart

Yes this is a terrible company to order from..They send you products that you didn't order,and think it's okay to send you anything. The delivery was slow,also no customer service number..They got away with this one, but they just lost my business for life!!!!

I ordered 1 product and recieved some totally different. They sent me some Oinment something that I never ordered. Email address was undeliverable .Just a horrible experience . This company seems to be a Scam . A real waste of my time.

My wife not knowing any better went on Walmart.com to order some paraffin that was $14.99, unknowingly while at work she hit the button for this rip off company and ended up paying double for the same exact product. It did come in two days, but we can't return it and her not being an online shopper did not realize that Walmart does not have anything to do with these other companies. I blame them as well, but most online retailers seem to be doing the same thing and I'm guessing they are getting kick backs for advertising. Anyway, be carefull with these crooks.

Advertised Bee Playing Cards, 12 Count, on Walmart.com. I ordered, and paid for 3. Instead of getting 3 packages each containing 12 decks of cards, I received 3 decks of cards - not the 36 decks advertised. Walmart.com is no help, telling me I purchased from a "third party marketer" (even though the website says "Sold and Shipped by Walmart") and I have to deal with them. The contact provided is an email address. I emailed. I got a very quick response and resolved the problem with Americarx. Walmart, however, promised to get back to me- and never did. Turns out it appears to be a problem with Walmart.com using stock creatives to describe items sold by third party sellers even where the stock description is fraudulently incorrect.. It's not the third party seller's fault. Walmart's response here demonstrates that it doesn't care if it's misleading. And, when called on it, Walmart.com does nothing to remedy what they know borders on, if not is, fraud. I'd avoid Walmart.com like the plague. The seller, Americarx is fine. Unfortunately, the seller got screwed by Walmart just like I did.

Be warned - DO NOT buy anything from this company. It was selling on Amazon, yet they didn't even have a phone number so I could talk to someone. These bottles were shipped in plastic, and both of them leaked badly, you can't even touch them without getting this crap all over you. All I wanted was a replacement, but all I see is nothing but BAD reviews.

Company had to change name because of BAD reviews. It's now americarx, it's a SCAM !! Gave me wrong tracking number for DHL !!! number not even close to DHL number. Company has had different names myOTCstore, Darisi inc plus other. STAY AWAY SCAM. READ for yourself !!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with on Amazon! They should not be allowed to sell there. I ordered a product, and they sent a package with nothing in it. I emailed them, sent photos, and yet America RX told me to EFF OFF! I had to file a claim with Amazon to get my money back. I have never dealt with such a dishonest, deceptive company. Someone at their company stole the product, they sent the package out with nothing in it, and then they expected me to pay for it!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! CROOKS! Their BBA rating is so low for a reason. I'm going to file a complaint as well. They should be investigated. They are dishonest and criminals. I will never order from them again.
