I ordered a helmet that never got delivered. I tried getting in touch with customer service and never heard back. Tried Twitter and Instagram and nothing. They took my money and ran. Absolute scam!

Ordered a helmet on 22nd April. Was told products arrived on 26th May. Still no helmet, and no response to multiple enquiries. Is there anyone out there, Always Riding??

I bought an expensive cycling helmet from Always Riding. The item arrived on time, no problems. However, I had to return the item (as it didn’t fit). Their response to this refund was initially slow and I had to chase, but I then had several apologetic emails explaining why they had not managed to process my refund and they then sorted it quickly. So in the end a good customer experience and I will happily shop with these guys again.

The first package got lost in the post (royal mail lockdown shenanigans), but Pascal was helpful via email and sent out another after the 14 day royal mail limit. It arrived safely. Thanks Pascal.

Placed an order, received it but it was not the color I ordered.
Sent an email 2 days ago, resent it today.
No answer.
Very disappointed.

I orded a Chrome Messenger Bag ( a black kadet) about a week ago. Unfortunately this item was out of stock. Within the hour of purchasing the item I had an email from Pascal at there surport center. He was very friendly and bent over backwards to help me out. In the end I wanted the bag so badly I asked for another colour (navy) he processed this very quickly and in just under 5 days (due to bank holiday Monday) the bag arrived. I could not fault the customer service and the quality of the item. I will 100% be purchasing from them again. 5*.

Placed an order for Christmas. Paid extra for Saturday delivery. Item never arrived. Tried to email and chat online but got no response. They hype up their customer service on their website, but the real world experience is rather different. Steer clear!

Placed an order and received no update on shipment. I had to email them to see where my order was and I was told they could not find the item in the warehouse. Who knows how long they would have just left my order in limbo before contacting me, if at all.

This company is a very trustworthy brand in comparison to Wiggle/CRC, who are the big cycling outlets in UK. I'm from Canada and the online cycling community is very expensive. I found AlwaysRiding during a browse of alternatives to Wiggle and CRC due to excessive duties and/or shipping costs. I bought a Cinelli Chas Christiansen Cap from them but due to the fact that I was in Canada, it got lost the first time they sent it. The customer support by email was incredible, Anne replied to all of my concerns within a matter of minutes, excluding the Easter holiday break. She was definitely concerned about customer satisfaction so the company sent another hat and it arrived within days! I'm very happy with the customer support system they've got right now. Thank you guys!

I bought two of Giro empire heel pads 4 days ago and asked them to ship those items in a box(because I ordered them separately by a mistake). However, they haven't given any response and the shipment status indicates still 'processing'. They are ignoring all of my mail and inquiries totally.

Bought a Bobbins Hybrid bike at a very good price. Had some issues with hub gears so they had technician call me on a Friday evening to talk through adjustments. Brilliant service. Highly recommended.
