Dreadful deceipt !!!
So, I checked their returns policy and it states that if you're not happy with the earplugs then you have a 100 days to return them.
Imagine my anger when they say that this does not apply if this is your second purchase from them.

Additionally, our 100-day satisfaction guarantee applies only to a first-time purchase of a specific product. As this is the second time you have ordered the same item, the guarantee does not apply in this case.
We’re truly sorry that we cannot offer a refund here.

Now look at the return policy above! It says nothing like the email i received. 😠 😡
I am a pensioner and spent more than I could really afford on these and here we are having to argue my case.
