Company said they shipped a product but will not mail out another product when the shipping company they choose is not delivering the package. I am out $112. They have not honored their commitment to customer service. They said its out of their hands once the package leaves their place. What a joke. They should honor a shipment until it reaches you ...AVOID AVOID this company. They take your money and don't care if it doesn't get to you.

Product is great, but sales rep misrepresented it. I did some research and learned that you still need to apply a moisturizer (I was experiencing tight skin). Bottom line: Hawaiian Moon Aloe hydrates, need a moisturizer to seal it in—that was not mentioned by the sales rep. I'm amazed that after 2 days the wrinkles on my hands and neck are barely noticeable & sagging jowls are improving also (I'm 65). I went through a year of monthly facials and neck treatments but did not have these results.

I bought some of this product from an in person event, and was told there is money back guarantee, so I bought some. It was good, just not for my skin type, so I sent it back as instructed, and it has been 3 months and no refund at all. they won't even call me back or reply to emails. shady practices, promising what they won't deliver. Stay away, buy something else from people who actually care.

Bought a jar of this at a local Home & Garden Show. I knew better, but took a shot. I don't even think the product they used on me at the show was the same that is in the jar I bought. I've used it dailey for 2 weeks. Litterally every other moisturizer on the market is better than this. Skip this & buy sme Aveeno at Walmart.

I have been using Hawaiian Moon Aloe daily for three weeks. When I purchased it I was in the middle of an eczema flare up. My eczema is now gone. Although I cannot say for certain that it was the aloe, the eczema cleared up faster and with greater comfort than usual. I have been using this all over my body and really like the results. It is moisturizing, soothing and comfortable. The ingredients are good and I like the results.

I like the product until I end up getting broken out with hives around my face on my neck and on my arms so this product does not work for me it's been a good chunk of money on it and now I'm stuck with it and I can't buy it again due to what happened I wish they would have told me this before I had purchased it

Remarkable improvement from sun damage skin and psoriasis. Sampled it at a convention in June, bought 4 jars the next day and have ordered directly from the company for best price. BTW I’m almost 69. Love ❤️ this product 👏🙏🏻💪

I purchased the Hawaiian Moon Aloe Vera Skin Cream $120.00 Family Pack (4 Large Jars and 2 Travel Jars) from Nathan Johnson at the Johnson County (Kansas) Home and Remodeling Show October 27, 2023. I have no contact information for him.

I used it every day for three weeks, and was very disappointed with the product.
It drew my skin tight. Wasn’t at all moisturizing. It’s believed to be great for a whole list of wonderful things. Don’t believe it. It isn’t true.

It’s supposed to have a 100% Money Back Guarantee. I was given an info card at the time of purchase. No phone numbers. I looked it up online.

I called (888) 256-3276 and spoke with Jessica on November 16, 2023.
She told me to mail everything to P.O. Box 431, Hillsboro, OR 97123.
I followed all the instructions. I sent a letter and a copy of my receipt with the Returned 2 Unopened Large jars and 2 Unopened Travel Jars for a full refund. My refund should be $60.00.

I spent $12.90 for postage. Tracked the package until it arrived at P.O. Box 431, Hillsboro, OR 97123 on November 21, 2023. My letter enclosed in the shipping box stated my mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address.

I’ve left a voicemail message on (888) 256-3276 – No Reply.
I’ve messaged via Facebook messenger. No response.

As of today, January 2, 2024, I have received no refund or response.
