Very disappointed to get your unwarranted poor review.
It is clearly stated that next day delivery is next normal working day, so for your order placed late Thursday evening, that was despatched by us on Friday is due to be delivered Monday, and the tracking shows that it is indeed out for delivery today.
Not unreliable, but delivering as promised. I hope your father is pleased with his Makita Lunch bag.

Good service
Sanding discs not yet used but look good quality, were competitively priced and arrived reasonably promptly. Alltools had a comprehensive range of different grit ratings, unlike many other suppliers, and I am happy to recommend the company

Item was delivered wrong to what was ordered.
Called to say what had happened no apology and would not send me a free post envelope to send back the wrong item.
I will not be using these again.

Disappointed
Although the web page states that the product was in stock it wasn't ....... Once it was it should have been delivered next day and once again this did not happen although it was ukmail that was to blame it is all tools decision as who they use for delivery.
This was my first time using all tools and probably my last other on line tool suppliers such as Axminster and Rutlands are far superior

ordered 6 saw blades from all tools and had mix up with order. one quick email to chris and was instantly sorted and posted. excellent service from alltools and chris.would 100% use again as price and service is brilliant from them .cheers alan

Delivery usually good BUT ......
Hi.
The delivery service is usually good BUT my last 2 out of 3 orders I have had to chase up.
Once chased - delivery service back to 24 hours - BUT should I really have to chase up my orders - no I don't think so

Very happy, unlike some companies that leave you guessing when your order is going to turn up. I got a email with the date of delivery, then a text giving a two hour window when it will be delivered and it was delivered in that window.
