The ease of ordering a new WAV and it being delivered. My previous WAV was from here aswell. All staff members I spoke to were polite and friendly. Any questions I had they were answered. Can not fault Allied Mobility

Hand over of vehicle was brief and did explain modifications but didn’t know had to fill with add- blue till found separate tank and label. No manual with WAV so unsure on vehicle controls.

From start to finish
From start to finish, an excellent service from AM. Although there was a delay due to the manufacturer, AM kept us informed at every step and in the end the vehicle was delivered sooner than we expected. A shout out to Nick Jones who sorted out the whole motability side of thing. Excellent! Delighted with the car.

Had them deliver a WAV to us & very smooth
Had them deliver a WAV to us, in Gloucester, & driver Andy was so helpful.
Gave us plenty of notice, of ETA, & he had to wait around whilst I took some stuff, from the returning WAV then Bex had to try out the newer one.
All went well & I returned later to go through payment process but he had to wait for that too.
Very relaxed no rush.
