We had excellent advice from Des on choosing the right WAV. The one we wanted turned out to be too low inside for my son, who is 6'2", so Des brought an alternative that fitted the bill. He also tipped us off about Motability grants, so we were able to get a brand new WAV instead of the nearly new we were thinking of. The car was delivered a week after we were told, due to sickness, that is the only reason for four stars. We are very happy with the Vauxhall Ventura.

I'm annoyed!
We go for a test drive, Powerchair, wheelchair & 4 adults. Everything's great.
We get the WAV, Powerchair, wheelchair & 3 adults, and it grounds itself on every speed hump and bump on the road.
I get a response from a review I left, that can't be justified, because AM haven't investigated it yet. AM just lost another star!!

From the moment I called Allied, I was treated with 5 star service. Listened to, and supported in finding the right vehicle for my son.
I was communicated with at each stage of the process, contacted at regular intervals for updates, delivery was way quicker than promised and done with expert advice and professionalism. Well done Allied.

Nothing was to much trouble for them would do it all over again

demonstrations really good and driver who delivered the wav was outstanding in checking over everything as being understood by myself.

David Vaughan was brilliant throughout the process. Explained everything and was helpful with admin issues.

If I could give Allied Mobility zero stars I would they are total waste of space their lies they don’t return calls. They think they’re better than everyone else is their responsibility to look after the vehicle. They are the main dealer. It’s not my job to chase up maintenance on it when he’s down to them. Avoid the plague.

Great experience from talking to them to agreeing a WAV for my needs, and when I was offered a road test it went really well, all questions were answered, very pleased, and when the car was delivered the chap was very pleasant and vey knowledgeable, overall great experience, 5 star

From start to finish allied were fantastic gemma who I dealt with was so easy to talk to and certainly knew her stuff
We tast drove the car and it was just what we needed they supplied the car within 6 weeks which I thought was amazing
One small issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently
Thanks so much to allied mobility I can now get out of my house and attend hospital appointments etc also it has improved my mental state tremendously
Gemma is a credit to the company she was so professional and so easy to talk to we felt like we had known her a long time like a friend

Professional from start to finish. Helpful and courteous office staff. Demo well presented leaving no questions unanswered. Delivery reinforcing our understanding of how to use equipment. Great people.
