I ordered an outfit for a work do, not only did it not arrive, I was told I'd have to wait 10 days, for a refund, only they couldn't get the dates correct so I'll be expected to wait two weeks for my refund, and I won't be getting my postage and packing back. So I've spent a lot of money for only stress and the support team has been less than helpful. I am beginning to get the feeling I will never get my money back, I won't be using this service again.

I ordered two of the same outfits from All Fancy Dress, one for myself and one for a friend. The skeleton outfits needed tights which you had to buy separately, I am 5ft 1ish so went for the size that were advertised to fit up to 5ft 3ins, as soon as I pulled them up they ripped at the crotch, I didn't force them on (as the customer service lady suggested) I just pulled them as I would a normal pair of tights. Without the tights the outfit was no use to me so didn't bother to finish trying it on in full. My friend also tried her outfit on but found it to be much too small for her, much smaller than advertised. So we sent the items back in the next few days. To my surprise I then received an email saying that All Fancy Dress would not be refunding me my money as the tights were returned damaged and also that the skeleton costume was covered in clumps of hair and the detatachable straps were broken. I was rather taken aback by this as I did not even remove the straps from the packet, so they must have been faulty when sent to me, as for the hair on the product I struggle to see how there were clumps of hair on it?? I think this is a slight exaggeration on their part, the item had to be tried on, i literally had it on for one minute, if indeed there were a few strands of hair on it I fail to see how this prevents them from issuing me with a refund. There was absolutely no mention of the other outfit and no refund was issued. After a week or so and still no refund i rang to complain about this and spoke to a rather rude and clearly in-experienced lady, she strongly denied the item was mis-advertised and also faulty when sent to me and assured me that there would be no refund! Also when I asked about the other item being refunded she realised that she had not done this. I asked her to send the 'faulty' goods back to me as I assured her that I would be reporting the company and she said I would have to pay the postage, when I refused to do so she said she would take the postage off of the refund!!! I cannot see how a company can get away with this, not only are they mis-advertising but they send out faulty poor quality products.....

Looked all over for two costumes found them on this site , was worried about delivery needn't have bothered tho came next day was amazed !!!! The costumes were of high quality at an excellent price and orders went extremely smoothly would greatly recommend to anyone :-)

I ordered 3 separate costumes from all fancy dress and I was very impressed. Not only were the prices fantastic compared to other sites I'd looked at but the delivery was super fast too. I will defiantly use again and totally recomend.

I bought a snow white costume and wig for Halloween and it was much better quality than I expected for the price. Shipping to Ireland was very reasonable and the costume actually cost less than if I had bought it in Ireland (including delivery). I had my costume 3 days later, which was fantastic especially with it being the run up to Halloween. Well done guys you really do have a great company.

I ordered a cleopatra Egyption costume for my 8 yr old daughter who is the size of an 11 yr old!The costume was delivered the next day, not too expensive,fit her perfectly and looked fantastic,thank you Allfancydress.com for saving the day!

My husband wanted to be Blade for our friends 40th party but at £100+ for costumes it was out of our price range, allfancydress had a great alternative at a great price and we were really happy with the purchase and overall service! As regular fancy dressers we'll be back :-)

I ordered my costume at about 5pm on a Thursday and, thinking as I'd ordered late, it would come on the Saturday was surprised to receive it early on Friday morning. Outstandingly fast service!

I ordered the Wonder Woman costume and on All Fancy Dress the price was about £20 cheaper than other stockists. It was a great costume, I got loads of compliments and was really brilliant value.

I shall be using Allfancydress in future for any fancy dress purchases!

I went for the amazing neon skeleton outfit. It was a great idea instead of trawling through other websites all with the same costumes; this website had loads of new and different ones. The quality was good although after one wear the tutu bit has ripped but apart from that it's great! X

After finally deciding what Halloween costume (zombie) I was pleased to see the costumer offered at a decent price from this company, even with factoring in the postage cost.

The costume was what I had expected, my kids were a little freaked out, which was a good sign.

Overall I was pleased with the delivery time and the product.

I have had several products from Allfancydress and have been very impressed with all of them. The price is always decent and the product is always of high quality material. I have enjoyed many nights out wearing them and they wash very well.

I was very happy at how quick my order was delivered considering i live on an island but very very dissapointed with the quality. The costume i had ordered was not up to costume standards i have had before ie. neckline just cut with scissors not neatly. I also ordered 'sexy ripped stockings' and there was no rips, just 3 holes on one stocking along the lining that obviously weren't meant to be there! I would have rathered get a good quality costume than have it delivered quickly!

i found that your services was quite good, i found that you sent my item fairly quickly and that you got the item i returned quickly, the only this i can moan about is that its taking a while to get my money back for the refund, seems as i am like £35 out of pocket

I was very lucky that I knew about this Company as I urgently needed some halloween party accessories - I ordered over the phone and then picked up my order the next day with no fuss.
This is the 2nd time I have used them and both times I have had excellent service - the first time, I had subsequently returned an item but did not receive a refund but after e-mailing them, my refund was processed quickly without any quibbles.
I will definately use them again.

Im reveiwing my forst and recent purchase. After making my mind up from the massive choice on offer I went for the gothic vampire utfit and was well chuffed when it arrived in time on forst class and looked the biz. The problem I always find with online buys is the sizing. The size chart was accurate and it fitted very well meaning it looked even better. There was no messing around on the phone when I ordedere which is always a bonus and the call taker also had the business savvy to remind me about my props and face paint!!!! Which saved me an 'OH S***T' moment the next day and a journey into town at the last minute. The outfir had the desired effect and plenty of people asked where I purchesed from. All in all a result! I ordered a costume online and the payment was fast and secure. You could view all ranges of costumes without having to phone up and see if they were in stock. I had the option of having the costume delivered or collecting it from the warehouse, as I lived locally I collected my costume. I had trouble finding the unit at first however I just rang up and they were happy to tell me which unit and direction to go. I got to the unit and they handed me my costume straight away, the costume was perfect and fitted perfectly. Excellent service and quality.

Costume was fab delivery was super fast happy! Hughly reccomend

my outfit arrived right on time, but unfortunately it was not what i was expecting at all. the little red riding hood dress was far too short, as the website didnt state the length, so i assumed by the pic it would be mid thigh length, however when tried on it showed everything. and the dress also had frayed thread around the waist and a missing tie so it could not be worn properly.
At least i was fully refunded as it would of been upsetting if i wasnt

Brilliant purchase in preparation for a TV program. Sent in 2 days, lovely customer service..FABULLOUS product. Used them before for my childrens costumes. I hihgly recommend this company
