I ordered a lock assembly for an On-Q media panel, a part I strangely couldn't find anywhere else online. The item arrived very quickly, was well-packaged, and was a breeze to install. I am very pleas... Zobacz więcej

A month to arrive, wrong item, still not fixed
It took them over a month to ship a simple 6x6 electrical box cover plate, and they shipped the wrong item. I emailed, requesting the right item & instructions to send the wrong one back. I included original order info & a photo of the obviously incorrect part they sent. They replied but have done nothing but promise to research what went wrong. Multiple follow up emails with the same result. 2 months & no part. Never again.

Hard-to-Find Product in Two Days!
I was looking for a gray, 6 slot, 1-gang Leviton CAT-6 wallplate. Very hard to find, but they had it! They sent it to me promptly via UPS, and I had it in two days… at a reasonable price! A pleasant experience doing business with them, and I will do so again.
