Perfect service from beginning to end - very quick at ever stage, thorough and human - went above and beyond the service I paid for. Very happy and would recommend.

Excellent service, from booking through to detailed survey report and telephone summary of findings.
Summary and ranking of works required, combined with commentary of importance in the short, medium and long term.
Important experience of both period structures along with newer modifications.

Amazing. Great detailed review. Helped a lot in understanding the issues and working with the estate agency. We did the survey early and it was well spent. The surveyor also answered a lot of questions over email related to future potential improvements. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service from Allcott Associates would highly recommend.

My lever 3 building survey was extremely detailed from Pete Mallinson…
Including pictures of everything reported upon.

Thank you for making what can be stressful an easy experience.

Highly recommend! I had the Level 3 survey on an old terrace property I'm looking to purchase. The survey was booked in quick and the report was back within a week of the survey taking place.
It's the most detailed and helpful survey I've seen, full images, descriptions and recommendations. It made me feel like they were holding my hand through the process and really understood the property. A big thank you to Paul Allcott.

Communication was good and the report thorough.

Paul was very courteous and professional during the level 3 survey he carried out. Would definitely recommend their services.

Team was very responsive, report was objective and issued on time.

Great communication, the report (L3) was really thorough, reasonably priced.

I arranged a survey of a property I was purchasing, Allcott Associates couldn't fit the survey in for around a month, however they phoned me with a cancellation and the survey was done quickly. The report was detailed with photos and expertly executed. Thank you!!

Everything went smoothly, and the report is informative.

Initial contact was very simple as I emailed directly from the website. I explained the requirements and was given a sample report so I knew what to expect.
I needed the report to be prepared quickly due to an impending holiday and I am happy to say I received the detailed report promptly.
I would definitely recommend Allcott Associates

Everything was really clear on the portal and they were quick with their response times to all queries I had!
