Fast delivery, good quality at a reasonable price.
Very pleased with the underlay - it arrived quickly and is of good quality. Also we feel the underlay is good value for money. The only negative is that the underlay was torn in a couple of areas when delivered. I would recommend the company and product.

outstanding service
1st class service, ordered online but didn't input the correct delivery address, sent an email and recieved a reply of 'no problem at all' not only was I assured it would be ammended accordingly but I recieved a follow up email confirming the address had definitly been changed, cannot fault the customer service I recieved. Would highly reccomend !!

Absolutely excellent service!
This is the best Internet service from my point of view - once purchased my goods were dispatched within an hour or so - fast and efficient delivery - I will use this service again. I only wish all companies worked the same. I don't usually bother to review my purchases but had told myself I would take the time to do so for this order. Many thanks again.

Almost next day service, but am still waiting for a rebate for over paid amount.
I sent you an email within one minute of ordering saying I had made a mistake with the payment as I should have been entitiled to a ten percent discount and free delivery as per your advertisement.
You did not even bother to reply to it.

Excellent service
The delivery was surprisingly quick.The underlay was exactly as described & very reasonably priced. Paying through paypal was also another reason I used all about underlay. If I was to make a critism then the only thing I can think of would be that the p&p prices were'nt shown prior to the checkout page even though the p&p prices were very reasonable.

Fantastic service
Was looking for acoustic underlay for my engineered wood flooring and amongst the plethora of companies and products I came across all-about-underlay. I sent a product enquiry email and received a very prompt and comprehensive response from David Abbott, who could not have been more helpful and professional. The advice he gave me, also in relation to products not on their site, was invaluable. Once ordered the underlay arrived within 2 days. All in all great service and I will order again in the future when is do the rest of the house.
