Sunloungers are great, just need the sun ! Surprised that the pallet they were delivered on was not taken away though.

It was delivered on Thursday, our guests in arrived Sunday and the first to use it and asked where did you get this? Details provided. Excellent customer care, great product and delivered to South West France.

We have recently received our corner sofa set from Alexander Francis and it is absolutely stunning and the quality is amazing. The furniture arrives fully assembled on a pallet, this means you can literally be sat enjoying your garden furniture within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend them you won’t be disappointed.

We are absolutely delighted with our sofa set. Delivery on time and so well packed. We are retired and not too confident about ordering such a big item on line and unseen. We surfed the net for days. Finally we found a set that looked comfy and ticked all the boxes. Travelled all the way up to Aberdeen and fits perfectly in our back garden. Also a big thank you to Jade who was so lovely when I called her!

This Bristol based company really provides excellent customer service and their products are of the highest quality. We ordered the Veneto L-shaped sofa and matching sun lounger. The fabric is high quality, durable and feels really good to the touch. The workmanship, both on the cushions and the sturdy frames elevates this product into something that I imagine will give us pleasure for years to come.

Arrived 3 days early and the couriers phoned night before to arrange delivery. Updates have been much appreciated and we could not be happier with the furniture. We weren't sure if the glass table top was included so very pleased that it was. Also has suction pads to help keep it in place. It looks amazing and the cushions are really comfortable and good quality also. Cannot wait to enjoy the weekend out in the garden relaxing. Setting it up was quick and easy as no assembly required. We have been looking for furniture for 2 years and glad we went for this set. Great value for money and could not be happier.

Purchased via website which had very full description. Had a phone call regarding delivery soon after placing order and agreed delivery date. Product arrived on due date and very helpful delivery man carried boxes from pallet to our terrace

Was called to arrange a delivery of my furniture to which I reply Thursday will be fine. They told me that the delivery company will contact me before they come. Come Thursday 12.30.... no sign of them. Contacted Alexander Francis and although they do respond to phone calls and emails (which is a blessing, as many don't!), they told me that my furniture wasn't going to be delivered that day, but can 100% guarantee that it will be with me tomorrow. Well, tomorrow arrived (today) and no sign of them at 11.30. Called Alexander Francis and they said they will contact the delivery company for an ETA. Half an hour later I get contacted by them saying 12.30-1 ETA. Guess what.... it's 1pm and STILL no furniture!!!! Not a happy bunny since I've taken time off work to have the garden furniture delivered. After moving my car off the drive purposefully to allow the kerbside delivery, this is a joke. Turned what seemed to be simple to something so stressful and unreliable.
Update: my furniture did eventually get delivered and I am pleased with it. If it wasn't for the complete and utter delivery shambles, I would have been a happy customer.

We have ordered a significant amount of furniture from Alexander Francis over the last 7 years, for a 4 star hotel in Cornwall. The service is always excellent, product outstanding and always delivered on time. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Lovely sun beds with deep cushion. I wish I had been told the delivery man could not take the box round the back to the garden and had to leave it at the end of my drive.
