From our very first conversation and meeting with Mickey at Albins, we knew we were in caring and capable hands during one of the most difficult times of our lives, from the passing of my dad through to saying our final farewell at his funeral.

Emma was wonderfully patient and supportive, helping us with the order of service and answering all the questions I had, no matter how big or small. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she guided us through every step with such kindness and reassurance.

Yesterday, George led the team as we took Dad on his final journey to the service. Everything was handled with such professionalism, patience and understanding. Even though this is what they do every day, they made us feel like we were their only family in their care.

I felt completely safe in Albins’ hands throughout, knowing they were there to support and guide us through something so new and overwhelming. Their calm presence and compassion made a very difficult day feel that bit more bearable.

To Mickey, Emma, George and the whole Albins team, I genuinely cannot thank you enough for everything you did for me and my family at such an emotional time. You helped us give Dad the farewell he deserved.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Albins to anyone who may need funeral directors in the future 🕊️\.

Albins were perfect from start to finish. The care, attention and proffessional attention to detail went above and beyond. Every member of staff deserves thanks. Thank you so much for supporting my Mother in law, and for giving my Father in law the most personal, dignified and cared for send off.

My Family chose Albins for my Mothers funeral.
We were greeted by the staff who introduced themselves and were very respectful, they took time to talk to us and make us feel at ease.
Outside our Mothers flowers were spread and we had the opportunity to write little messages to add to them.
Our Mother was then carried out and bells were rung , it was all beautifully done.
The funeral cortege then left with the lead director in front with he’s staff, it was so respectfully done and perfect in every way possible.
From beginning to end it was a dignified funeral, a fitting tribute to Our Mum who would have greatly approved of her loving and respectful send off .
Thank you so much Albins you made the hardest day we have experienced a special memory.

Yesterday we said ‘farewell for now’ to our beautiful mummy. She was everything to us and it was the most painful experience. She always said she saw Albins driving by and making stops and their respect for the families stood out to her. She was absolutely spot on. We arrived early and were given a lovely air conditioned space to wait together as a family. My mum was in the next room and we were able to sit with her and talk to her. The facilities were clean and modern and it was very peaceful. They bought my mums flowers out for us to see. The talked us through what would happen and they were just incredibly calm and respectful
They stopped by a park my mum loved and placed a flower before bowing their heads. We felt she’d been shown the respect she deserved and that she was important to not just us but also to them and everyone on that street. We all agreed that they are worth every penny to see your loved one get the best final goodbye they can. Forever grateful. Thank you to you all for taking care of our mummy

We have used this family business for many many years. It is the most respectful kind and very heartwarming place that anyone could trust loved ones who have passed. Thank you Albins for giving my beautiful sister the send off she so deserved. You did everything her girls had asked and you always have shown so much respect 🙏

We used this company when the father Barry was alive he did my dads funeral and he treated my mum with so much care and love for her and the family this was over 20years ago but since Barry passed away may he rest in peace this company is a joke . I called there motingham branch south London to ask for a funeral to be put in place for myself as I don’t have long this was in 2024 late 2024 the lady had no interest in my call I needed a home visit to be done she said I will pass your name and number on to our main office no one at all called me back so clearly not interested in taking care of people who wish to arrange there own funeral find this company has gone down hill and I had to go elsewhere to get my funeral arranged . I can honestly say this was the most outrages way to treat someone like they did would never put any off my friends or love one to this company there is no empathy at all so it’s clear there not interested

Albins were incredibly kind, caring, respectful, and professional. They made the planning of my mum's funeral a smooth process. Nothing was too much trouble; we felt like we were their top priority. They treated our Mum and us, like family, and we felt confident that Mum would be cared for as someone we cherished.

The funeral itself was classy and respectful. They communicated everything that was happening throughout the process. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone going through such a difficult time.

Yesterday we chose FA Albins in Crayford for their service for my Beloved fathers funeral as my wife used them a few years ago for her Uncle and was very impressed with the company. To say their service was amazing is an understatement. They were outstanding. They made the whole event so relaxing and stress free for my family. An absolutely top notch service from the gentleman involved. A special thanks to the head man Jamie. Such a brilliant fella and also to Joanne for organising my Dad's funeral and for being, sympathetic, patient and very understanding. A big thank you Jo. I honestly recommend FA Albins to anyone considering using a Funeral director. You will not get a more professional and genuine treatment from anyone else. Take my word for it.

Albins recently organised my sister's funeral. It was such a shock when my sister died and my mother and myself were not in the best place. Elaine and Lyn could not have been more professional. Nothing was too much trouble. I do not think we could have got through this tragic experience without the support and attention that we received. On the day George took over with his colleagues and pulled us through the day. I would recommend this company to anybody and I am definitely not easily pleased. I would happily talk to anybody about the incredible service and the support we received throughout this whole time.
