At Alba Rose, we create beautiful, hand-crafted jewellery that holds a story close to the heart. Each piece is individually made using a small token of your loved one’s ashes, carefully encapsulated within colourful Venetian Murano glass to form a radiant gemstone that is truly one of a kind. Our specialist artisans work with exceptional care and respect at every stage of the process — from the safe handling of ashes to the final polishing of your finished piece. We treat every order as a personal tribute, ensuring that each gemstone reflects both artistry and memory. Based in the United Kingdom, we combine traditional craftsmanship with modern design to create lasting keepsakes that can be treasured for generations. Our collections include rings, pendants, bracelets, and earrings, all available in a choice of precious metals including sterling silver and solid gold. From the moment you request your ashes collection kit to the delivery of your finished jewellery, we keep you informed at every step with thoughtful updates and genuine care. Our goal is to bring comfort, connection, and beauty to those who wish to honour their loved ones in a meaningful way. At Alba Rose, we believe that memories deserve to be held close — always. Every piece we make is more than jewellery; it’s a timeless expression of love, remembrance, and the enduring bond that never fades.

I wish I would rate this company 0…
I wish I would rate this company 0 stars. I tried their mould kit and followed the instructions meticulously yet the mixture turned solid immediately and I was therefore unable to make a mould of my engagement ring. I emailed asking for a refund and they said they would only refund me if I removed my 1 star review from this site. It is now clear to me why there are so many more good reviews on here than bad ones. I have refused their offer as I want people who are thinking of buying their mould kit to see my review.

Hi Heather,
We’re very sorry to hear that you had a frustrating experience with the mould kit. We understand how disappointing it can be when a product doesn’t work as expected, especially when you’ve followed the instructions carefully.
Our mould kits include step-by-step written instructions and an online video guide, and in most cases customers are able to achieve a successful mould. However, the material is time-sensitive, and environmental factors such as room temperature or mixing speed can sometimes affect the outcome.
When you contacted us, we offered to send replacement kits free of charge so you could try again, as this is usually the quickest way to resolve this type of issue. That offer remains available should you wish to take it up.
We would also like to clarify that our intention is always to resolve concerns fairly and directly with our customers. We’re genuinely sorry that we were unable to reach a resolution that felt acceptable to you, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
Charm Bead
I found Alba Rose on facebook literally days after we had to say goodbye to our springer at the far too short age of 8. As any dog owner will know I was, and still am, heartbroken, this seemed like the ideal way of keeping her at my side, exactly where she had spent the last 8 years. The empathy, consideration and exemplary service of Alba Rose cannot be overstated - from the ordering of the ashes kit to the delivery of my charm was less than 2 weeks. I cannot recommend them enough.

I would definitely recommend Alba Rose to anyone. I purchased a ring made using my partners ashes and the whole process was seamless and easy, and I received my ring long before I thought I would. The ring itself is beautiful and something I will wear every day.

I had an ashes ring made and it is beautiful, they were respectful returning the unused ashes as I had sent to much and the turn around was pretty quick too considering it's a bespoke ring (a couple of weeks).

Mould kit review
I ordered a mould kit for £4.95 from the Alba Rose website to have a wedding band designed to fit my engagement ring. It was sent out very quickly with the returns postage paid, I took a mould of my ring and sent it back to Alba Rose.
I received an email a few days later to say they had received my mould and would send me some images of my design shortly and also to my surprise that a £35 standard design fee would be taken from my account once they had sent me the digital images of the ring - at no point ever was I made aware of this £35 design fee until I had already bought the mould and sent it back . After contacting Alba Rose they refunded the payment quickly.
I liked the concept of not having to part with my ring, the mould kit itself was easy to use and the digital design of my ring I am really pleased with and will be ordering in the near future. Overall a good service with Alba Rose I just didn’t like that the design fee was not clearly stated.

Beautiful Rings
I was told about Alba Rose by a friend and saw their rings etc. They were really nice - though not the same ones as we liked. Loads of choice was available.I visited the shop (though they didn't have the ring I liked avaliable in store but did have my OH's) and then bought online. Loved the rings - they are beautiful. Also, ordering a wax version for £6 in advance of buying the final ring was very helpful. I would 100% recommend.

Alba rose
Ordered our wedding rings from alba rose as we got engagement ring from you as well and had excellent service. Used the free re size voucher - which was great!
When we got our wedding rings my partner needed his resize which was fine we had a voucher for it - a free re size. We sent it off paid for delivery. We then got an email saying we owed them money for postage back to us! This didn't happen when I sent my engagement ring off! And considering the cost of the rings I feel this was a real let down in terms of service!
