Parfümerie Akzente Recenzje

Made on order on website parfumedreams.co.uk today and the money was taken from my account under the name 'Parfumerie Akzente' but I have not received an email confirmation and the order is not showing on the website order history. Have attempted to call the hotline however I am constantly being told to leave a voice mail. I have also emailed them and haven't received a response. This does not seem like a legit website.

This feel like a scam. Money taken out of bank, no acknowledgement email for goods. Phoned number and told you must not have completed the transaction. However if I did not complete transaction then why was money taken? I was told it would be refunded. NO it has not.

Tell u that order is pending after 12 emails it turned up and guess what perfume is fake

I wish I had read the reviews on this company.
Order took double what I requested and now unable to stop the sale as pending from my bank.
No confirmation email and no contact .
I fear this is a scam and I’m £111 lighter with no contact available .

Same as others. Spent over £100, no confirmation email, no goods. Cannot find contact for customers services. Seeking legal advice

I Nederländerna hade The products but i have The bill🤬😡

I ordered from this company over a week ago and realised I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail I then checked the reviews and thought oh well I’ll not receive my perfume but I e-mailed them and they replied straight away saying they were exceptionally busy and that my perfume was on its way, it arrived today. Excellent service, dropped a star because I didn’t receive confirmation.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Bought an Olympia Paco Robanne perfume from this company because there was a sale. No confirmation email and money taken. SCAM

Order placed for a perfume set as a Christmas present. No confirmation email. Money taken. Nothing received. Wish I would have read the reviews first. Over £40.00 wasted :(

Do not use this company. I wish I’d seen these reviews first. Placed order. Never received confirmation. Waited almost 2 weeks. Contacted them and although they took payment, they said they have no record of my order or payment.

I ordered 2 haircare products for nearly £30, after 2 weeks of waiting I have received a empty box via DHL - don't expect to see a refund and now I do not have the products for my holiday.

Do not buy from them, irresponsible seller.
Parcel came is not packed as standard. The skin care glasses is broken and they advised me to claim to DHL, and they have not refunded me. First time bought from them, but last time.

Very disappointing! I ordered some perfume which never came, didn’t get a refund and they were very rude! Would not recommend and will never use this again

Very good price for the product I ordered and was delivered promptly.

I payed for two lipsticks two weeks ago and haven't heard anything since. No goods and no refund ....

The money has come out of my bank account but no goods received, no email confirmation and no trace of my transaction/order on their website. Never using them again.
