5 star service - makes running short term lets a breeze!
I haven't needed anyone else to help
Me run my holiday let in London- they always try and help me out when I get stuck for last minute cleaning and changeover and are always available when I need them. Cleaning quality is excellent and linen hire service makes hosting short term guests a breeze. Thank you Airlinen!

Highly recommended, great service
We have been using Airlinen for our short-let linen supply since December 2017, which says a lot about our experience! We're very happy with the customer service of their ops team, drivers and accounts team. The the quality of their product is good, and they are quick to rectify any issues. They really aim to be pleasant and helpful, and their communication is great. Highly recommended!

Cleaner stole 'Nest Heating Thermostat'
Cleaner stole 'Nest Heating Thermostat' from property and fly tipped rubbish bag on a neighbours property. Airlinen were provided with extensive details and pictures yet were non responsive and not willing to investigate. Their arrogant response was 'take it to the police' and provide CCTV footage.
Airlinen went to great lengths to get this review removed. Trust pilot has reviewed documentation and validated the review. Other reviews of "airlinen' are not validated (so are possibly by airlinen affiliates).

Ms Ledgerwood did not respond to our questions to aid our investigation. We emailed her on a number of occasions and were not provided with the relevant information. We further ask that she provide a crime reference number for the stolen items, again, no response. It is unfortunate that the context of Ms Ledgerwood's complaint is not shared by her in its entirety. We recommend other companies be careful.
If only proving the legitimacy of your "review" was as easy as posting it. Ms Ledgerwood still carried out booking our service even after the alleged "theft" however, we decided it was best not to continue to engage in working with her due to the break down in communication. Ms Ledgerwood, should you find the time to respond to our questions and forward the requested evidence you stated was in place, we would be more than happy to start looking at your case again.
We are yet to receive actual evidence and have re-iterated that process requires us to have a crime reference number. We are still available at accounts@airlinen.co.uk

The one stop shop!
After trying out various linen suppliers for our short let properties in London, Manchester and Dublin we finally found AirLinen. They understand and know the short let industry inside out. Beside high quality linen, towels and cleaning services you will find a quick and assertive ops team to deal with too. I could not recommend them highly enough!
