Just to update that i cannot speak highly enough about this company. I've had some health issues recently. They got me to my appointments on time waited for me and in very clean cars. But most importantly the drivers were polite and calm. This helped me because i was very stressed.
A brilliant service from booking back to dropping me off back home.
I would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely shocking company. From the taxi drivers to the arrogant call handler..booked a taxi online last night , paid £7+ upfront on the app. After a few minutes we rang the company as the taxi hadn't arrived. We were told the taxi had been and gone and as it was our fault they wouldn't refund the money. The taxi apparently arrived 3 minutes after booking it.. This is all so wrong. Firstly, there was no message or anything to say the taxi had arrived. We certainly wouldn't have expected it to arrive 3 minutes after calling.. in all honesty I don't think it arrived at all
. Second, the "lady" we spoke to on the phone was rude , unapologetic and full of arrogance. She is definitely not cut out for a job in customer service. And finally, how can they charge and not refund money for a job they haven't even done ?! I don't even know if that's legal.
Disgusting company. Don't use.

Used ABC several times app easy to use response always on time. Had 2 taxis to take us with elderly disabled friend to and from pub both drivers were helpful and v patient waiting for him to get in and out of the car can’t fault Norwich ABC

Avoid this company at all costs. I lost my car key in the back seat of a taxi and although I take full responsibility, this lot just did not care and offered no help in trying to find it. I know for a fact my key was dropped in the taxi as I'd locked my car as I was getting in. Called first thing next morning and got told to call back at 22.00 that night as driver was offline. Called back and placed me on hold for a minute and got told no key, oh and that they checked all 3 taxis, clearly fobbed off. They then said they had a car key, we drove to taxi office, spoke to very unprofessional lady with clearly no customer service experience or training and got told we don't take in lost property, the drivers keep it and after an amount of time hand it into police. I sent an email, and no reply to that either. Never use this terrible outfit again.

ABC Taxis is One of the worst taxi companies in Aylesbury. Taxioperators are so aggressive and have no disciplines when they talk to their customers. They argue never try to understand customer's expectations.

Told them we had 2 luggage trolleys of baggage as come from airport they said would it all go in and estate car which it would car turns up and drivers says can only put in the boot so it wouldn't fit we exchanged some choice words and he left.
ABC have had quite some worrying reviews too about frightening young girls too be wary

What revolting, aggressive rude staff: Chantelle in particular. Virtually every other taxi company in Norwich is cheaper and more reliable - avoid.

Appalling service. Booked a taxi for 12:15 at night and it still wasn’t here by 01:07. Every time I rang it said it would be 10 minutes. Absolute disgrace and I’ll never use again. Liars and unprofessional!

Overcharged me and my friend. Told me to get out at the bottom of the road. Was rude to me and my friend. Never going to use ABC taxis again. Do not recommend.

Is money grabbing and unreliable booked a taxi Friday night and had to pre pay it didn’t turn up at 11.45pm I was ringing and ringing to get automated message we have no drivers they already had my money two women vulnerable after 30 mins we had to order another taxi for the taxi to pretend he was now on his way and I couldn’t cancel they took my money regardless DO NOT PREPAY TEHY WONT TURN UP !

The drivers are like sulky teenagers if you ask them to turn their awful music off. "I wanna listen to my music! You're not my Mummy WAAAH WAAAAH WAAÀAAAAH!"

Oh but if my partner is there they will turn it off. They only bully women.

There are decent drivers but way too many spoilt brats.

Never turned up, claimed to have a ten minute delay window (not mentioned on booking), even missed that...then said it was busy on the roads.

They are absolutely awful what a waiste of tome didn't Evan turn up

Intimidating and aggressive driver.
Told £25-£30 at the rank, driver was aggressive to a lone female in the car, trying to charge £40.
“You’re stealing from my kids” he shouted at the lone female passenger, when she challenged being overcharged. Dangerous. Scary.

Used ABC taxis a few times now but highly dissappointed early hours this morning.
Me and a friend managed to get a taxi back from mansfield to our drop off, quoted £18 something - happy :) The driver tells us he's a newish taxi driver and he was tipped £12 between myself and a friend. A while later at home, I can't find my phone so I phone the taxi company off my friends phone and after they'd spoken with the driver they'd confirmed my phone was in the taxi. The company origanally said I would need to pay £38 to have my phone returned, then the price went to £99 - I wanted to pay fuel for the driver to bring my phone as i needed it (I've got a 5 year old daughter and without my phone there's no way for anyone to contact me if they need me) which I told both the company and the driver. I was given the drivers number and when I spoke I offered £20 to bring my phone back, I was told he was too tired and will bring it back later/ tomorrow. Again I desperately need my phone because of my daughter, so I had to up the "phone fee" a few more times, ending on £45 to drop my phone off. So what started out at a £18 odd journey home, £12 tip to driver and then £45 for dropping my phone off to me, the driver gained £75 easily with us tonight, say fuel £20/ £30 max for what millage we needed. We do think something needs looking into with the policies/ percedures about handling "lost property enquiries/complaints as this could of gone more smoothly tonight. From the very first phone call to this company on my friends phone asking if I'd left my phone in the taxi - was confirmed I had - to then eventually the driver agreeing to bring it back this morning took around 2 hours+. Its a shame there isn't enough "help" in these situations, especially when the person has also offered to pay to have it returned, just not a silly amount! Not only that the taxi driver had finished his shift too so he wouldn't of been loosing out on any income, it was just a little bit of a inconvience to have to come out again!

Absolute scammers took money off the app afternoon then taxi wanted 10 quid or call the police. Absolute scammers avoid at all costs.

After been let down drastically by Go Cars I was so pleased to get a faster car service from ABC to rush me to work the fare was & 6.70 & I gave the driver £11.70 to make it easier for change & asked for a receipt however due to my rushing as I was late for work that I care for vulnerable people I forgot to collect my change & after speaking to base & them contacting driver who's now lieing & claiming I didn't give him a £10 note & obviously stolen my change when I really can't afford it. Shame on you driver 311in vechile 18 I know karma will sort you out & I will get justice you lying thief.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. I booked a taxi for quarter past 11 and they messaged me at 9 minutes past to say that the taxi has dispatched. I received a call at 26 minutes past assuming that was the call to say that the taxi was outside to then head outside 1 minute after and see this guy wheel spinning away from the property 😅 called dispatched and she told me he was there from 8 minutes past and the call was to basically say goodbye to me. What taxi company doesn’t even knock or ring the doorbell to tell you that they are there!!! I’m actually laughing about how pathetic and rude their staff are

I tried to buy a Fridge freezer from this company but my credit card was declined. I tried another card which was also declined. They e-mailed asking me to send the money by bank transfer which I didn't feel safe so I didn't go ahead with the purchase.
When I received the monthly credit card statement it showed that both cards have been used fraudulently.
I would advise people to stay away from this company.

all I can say about this company is thieves and total scum, KEEP-AWAY from this company.
