Their email server is slow to respond (probably a big queue) but the service was great. Was kept informed of all updates and delivery times. Driver was friendly, removed and disposed of all packaging. Would recommend .

Was a bit skeptical at first due to the low prices, I did have 2 units on order with amazon but was cancelled by them after waiting 2 months, i then came across aircon direct, first word that comes to mind is Wow, and then why didn’t i find them sooner! Delivery was virtually next day, description says refurbished but they look new to me with just damaged boxes and work perfectly, im very impressed and will be buying from them again, thank you

Very helpful customer service
Very helpful. I called the company before ordering and spoke to a Morgan A and he was very helpful. I then ordered the air con and it arrived next day and in good condition. Works perfect. I have only just got it so can't comment on how long it lasts after being refurbished. Came with all the needed attachments too. Would recommend.

Be very wary about using this company! Their delivery service is the worst and when your package is missing you will find out just how bad this company are at dealing with it! They are faceless and when you do get through you'll be fobbed of mercilessly. Be warned.

Multiple great experiences with this company
I’ve bought units from this company before so it’s not a one off. They have always been great and contact with them has always been easy and quick. Recently I bought a unit for delivery in london. I entered a letter wrong in the postcode so delivery failed. When I called them they sent a new unit for next day delivery rather than trying to get the courier to change the delivery ( always a nightmare ) it arrived the next day and the original order eventually went back to them. They didn’t charge me for my mistake and I was not without aircon for days while it got sorted !
