Airbag Team Ltd Recenzje

Wow fantastic customer service!Had a steering wheel airbag fitted but occasionally the airbag light flicked on.Went back twice but they couldn't cure it.3rd time they found the wires going into the seat belt buckle holder were seriously chaffed. They took the seat out rewired it and problem solved!Thing is this problem had nothing to do with the work they did in fitting the airbag and they must have spent at least 4 hours trying to diagnose the problem then another hour sorting my problem. In the end they charged me 1 hours Labour!
This level of service really is above and beyond and shows what a great attitude Airbag Team have.
Thank you very much and of course I highly recommend them!

From the start I felt all my questions where answered well and convinced me even more to purchase this service and made the seatbelts on my car look amazing thanks to Sam on the emails and the phone call and the person who served me as I came in on the Monday morning getting to see the colour my belts will be before hand was even better to grow the excitement level and they have turned out amazing and the quality of the product was amazing and can even say better then the manufacturer belts in my mini

Great service. Good contact and very helpful when sending belts from Northern Ireland as they needed proof of postage receipts to help return the belts.

I have dealt with these guys for years. They are always professional They do what they say in the time scale they say. Their workmanship is always top class.

Always a bit dubious about reading trust pilot reviews, having been stung in the past, but for those who are in need of an honest review, here you go.

After hours and hours of hunting for a replacement airbag for my sisters van, I found these guys. I cannot fault the customer service from them, at all. Kept me in the loop all the way through, very pleasant to deal with on the phone. A quote from Ford for an airbag (if they still stocked them) was in excess of £700. For half that, I had an airbag rebuilt and crash data reset on the airbag module.

Highly recommended, quick turn around and she is now back on the road. With thanks

Great service great prices ,

I found the airbag team very professional, giving good advice regarding a faulty seatbelt. They repaired and returned it in timely fashion, and it was far more economical than even buying a recycled part.
Thanks again.
Camlas Cars Limited.

Only word for them Amazing.
Thanks guys.

very prompt service and kept me informed about when I could expect my repair completed

Great service, when I was unsure if the service was what I needed, I got a phone call to talk me through the process and I sent the seatbelt off and the turn around was quick and the results were great! The seatbelt looked brand new! Brilliant service and a much cheaper option than buying a new seatbelt, highly recommend

Great service. Was slight issue with
delivery but was resolved quickly and professionally. They where very quick to respond to the few queries I had.
Seatbelt was as described.
Price wise they where the cheapest I could find for the Seatbelt I needed.
Thanks

I’m from Jamaica, I found the airbag team by watching a YouTube channel in the UK.. these guys are really good at what they do, I have a SRS module to reset and a pop-up hood actuator could do it. And they came through for me.. these guys are legit snd fast.. if u need anything pertaining airbags SRS system, they can do it

The whole process was simple and fast. i spoke to Dan who was very helpfull, sent off the rear seatbelts (from my Mazda CX-3) on a Thursday (ariving with them on the friday afternoon) and they were back with me first thing Tuesday morning, considering it was over a weekend it was a very quick turnaround. the whole process was simple fast and my seatbelts worked like new. Thank you Guys

I brought a replacement dashboard for my car & the airbag team fitted it for me. I received excellent service start to finish from the airbag team, I was collected & picked up from the local train station, again very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Upon collection there was a slight issue with a trim & again they were straight out & fixed it. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism & expertise.

Absolutely great. They found their niche and are providing great customer service.

I found sam and team very welcoming, very polite. Sam explained exactly wot was happening today, he also explained why i had the issue i had, and which was a common factor in my car.sam also shown me an example of work done.

That's wot us people need, a good honest team working for us.

Thankyou.

From my first enquiry on the phone through to sending the seatbelt by post then receiving a call about price and expected delivery back, every thing was perfect, I can highly recommend the air bag team , all the way.

I has a great experience with the team - upon contacting them, they did a vidoe call to see my car and recommended what's needed to be purchased and were very responsive until I got the airbag order. Perfect order and perfect fit.

I ordered the wrong part, but I was given a refund promptly upon return of the item
