I was assisted by Danna Guerrero who was very helpful and efficient in dealing with my query and the issues I had raised were dealt with promptly in a very professional manner.

After weeks of attempting to engage with AIBMS to resolve the disappearance of card payments. The issues started on 9/10/2025, instant transfer day throughout the EU (for those who understand) when we asked AIBMS to trace missing funds transferred to a 3rd party bank. In excess of €2,500 continue to be missing. Following a complaint, the card company stated it would get back to us within 3 days. We then received an email that it would be 15 days. Upon being contacted, AIBMS customer service was incapable of addressing the issue or provide us with PAYMENT REFERENCE numbers to allow us locate the funds which went missing between 16/10/2025 and 22/10/2025. When you entrust a Merchant company with your money, you expect the highest standard of customer service and quickest resolution response given the critical nature of the issue: the unexplained disappearance of funds and failure by the merchant company to return these to the client.

Efficient and helpful, good communication and no waiting, no put on hold or passed from one person to the next.

Aji was great after a week of difficulty in getting a new machine.

After months of frustration, repeated calls, and countless “we’ll get back to you in 2–3 days” promises that led nowhere, Aji stepped in and completely changed the experience.

From the start, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely took ownership of the issue. Within two days, he resolved a problem that several departments had been unable to fix since July. His communication was clear, consistent, and focused on results.

Aji not only solved the issue but also restored our confidence in AIB Merchant Services. If more support staff operated at his level, customer service standards would rise dramatically.

AIBMS is dreadful.
I was off sick for 6 months and when I returned to work 3 weeks ago payments were made and I still have not received the money. I have phoned and emailed numerous times, asked to speak to complaints department, NOTHING. They have effectively stolen this money. Would not use ever if you are looking for a good business option. I have been self-employed for 25 years and have never come across the like.

Staff were helpful but the process was quite laborious

My question was answered clearly and I was very happy with the courteous way it was addressed.

AIB merchant services are appalling. The CEO and top management should resign. They will not listen to an exchequer of an estate and close the account of a deceased business person. They are looking to receive an email from the email address of a deceased person. Appalling and still charging the deceased person, despite the fact that their business closed with immediate effect and they have received the death cert six months ago.

Spoke with AJibola Sule and he went through the options with me, simple and easy to understand and he ordered the terminal and called me back to make sure I had all the information I needed. Efficient service.

Amanda has been lovely to deal with. Professional with a friendly touch and very efficient as we hope to have our new terminal with us tomorrow when it's just been confirmed this morning. Excellent customer service!
