Really enjoyable two days, covering lots of material at a good pace with breaks and opportunity to practice and discuss. Mel has a lovely delivery style, peppered with lots of relevant examples from her super impressive career.

A very interesting training. Fast pace during 5 days and during the preparation phase. But a lot of knowledge acquired at the end of the week and one sees very quickly the possibilities of concrete application.
The trainer is very dynamic, very available for questions and you never get bored.
Also very good preparation for the certification exams.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Agile Change Coach course with Melanie last week. There was lots to cram in but Melanie ensured that she adapted and flexed the content to match our questions and conversations whilst ensuring we covered the full syllabus to enable us to be fully prepared for the exam.
It is worth doing the preparation as suggested ahead of starting the course as there is a lot to cover in the 2 days and be prepared to work a bit later on the first night to prepare for the next day.
This course was just what I was looking for and a great step on from the Change Management Practitioner. There is a lot of value in hearing Melanie's experiences in the real world too to help you learn and take away to apply to your own roles.

Book on, you won't be disappointed!

It was an informative experience filled with practical and effective training, i truly admired the learning method and how it translates to change management activities, the only difficulty I've faced is emersion in an online environment is sort of lost, and its tiring.

This is a fantastic course - it covers all aspects of Agile Change and is a great introduction to the world of Agile. Special shout out to Mel for all her help and guidance.

If you want Return on Investment Change Management training - this is it! Melanie has a depth and breadth of industry experience which really brings the theory to life and a way of overlaying models and theory with reality to really make sense of the content. The delivery through Zoom really works - oscillating between instructor led and smaller work groups with different people each time. Also loved the focus on exam technique without which I would have struggled because there is a real knack to understanding what the questions are asking within the APMG exams - especially the Practitioner. It is hard work but the time just goes like that and by the end of the week my head was crammed with new information and new ideas for how I can go on and apply it. Top tip - do the pre-reading. There is a lot of it but it really sets you up for the course. All in all, a truly excellent training course.

APMG Change Management Course. Make sure you do the pre-reading! Melanie shared her vast experiences of leading change around the world which is really inspiring. The course delivery is varied and interesting. Melanie coaches you well to take the exams.

This was by far the best course I have ever been to. It's very intense and there's a lot of information to digest but because Melanie has so much experience she explains every piece of theory by giving real life examples.

I spent a month being tutored by Melanie and can I tell you what an experience! Melanie's style of teaching is incredibly agile, fluid and impactful. Despite being on Zoom she personalised the experience so that the material and tasks were directly applicable to real world events and my industry. The work was not just limited to the our subject matter, I was also pushed to improve my presentation and public speaking skills as well as team building, and ability work towards tight deadlines learning essential tips and tricks that I continue to use in my day to day role. I cannot recommend Melanie more highly as a mentor, friend and just all round amazing human being. If anyone has any questions more than happy to connect to discuss further but key things I would recommend. While on the course make sure to stay very engaged. Absorb and act on all the feedback you receive, it is there to help build you up. If you are unsure speak up. Last but not least - put the effort in, trust me it will pay off.

The syllabus is huge but Melanie is a great instructor. She makes the concepts clear and easy with real life examples. The training has been a great help to cope with the certification exams.

Content rich, pragmatic and cohesive! Great course on the essence of tangible and behavioural change, change management life cycle and methods / tactics to adopt and establish new ways of working.

Best-of-breed training thanks to the originality of Mel's thinking, her dynamic delivery style, and above all, the continuous opportunities she provided to reflect on and share how we could apply what we've just learned to our reality. Pre and post-course communications were also very pertinent and professional.
