I ended up needing urgent delivery on an art piece and frame.
I found a unique design they had and sent a message explaining my situation and asking for help.
Alex could not have been any more helpful and stepped me through the ordering process.

The order arrived very quickly and on opening it I was delighted at the standard of finish and detail.

You couldn't ask more from a seller, attentive, polite, and will do absolutely anything to make sure your purchase is PERFECT. We ran into an issue with Royal Mail getting backed up and it seemed like a few of their packages were affected. However they made sure to track down the parcel and let me know exactly what was going on and keep me updated. It arrived today just in time for Three Kings Day.
