We were supposed to reach our destination (Igoumenitsa) at 22:00, but there was a delay; furthermore, we had to wait until 23:50 to disembark from the ferry.Another issue is this: the ticket stated that the journey would take 8 hours; however, given that we departed at 13:00 and are arriving at 22:00, that amounts to 9 hours.
All the time delayed...

Mi dispiace dover far presente che il servizio non è assolutamente all’altezza del blasone di Grimaldi, anche se tale servizio viene sub-appaltato. La reservation per le poltrone (non business) sono letteralmente una presa in giro !! Facendo il check in ti viene comunicato che le poltrone sono numerate ed effettivamente la numerazione sul biglietto c’è. Quello che non c’è è proprio la numerazione sulle poltrone. L’area dedicata è accessibile a chiunque, anche a chi non ha la prenotazione della poltrona, quindi impossibile fare un controllo in tal senso e soprattutto far valere la propria prenotazione se i posti sono esauriti; proprio come è successo e succede ogni volta. Gente che occupa 3 posti con un lettino gonfiabile che se ne frega delle famiglie con bambini che hanno diritto al loro posto. Poltrone strappate, sporche e vecchie. Insomma pagare questo servizio equivale a buttare via i soldi ! Conviene dormire nelle solite aree a terra o al bar. Ma la cosa più preoccupante è la mancanza di igiene !!!! La mai compagna, dopo nottata sulla poltrona con tanto di asciugamano steso , la mattina si accorge di avere delle punture… Il giorno dopo queste punture sono diventate bolle in tutto il corpo … Parliamo di punture da Cimici del Materasso !!! Ora stiamo andando al pronto soccorso, no comment. Ovviamente faremo denuncia per tutto. Detto quanto sopra come ciliegina sulla torta siamo partiti con 1,5 ore di ritardo; ma partendo per le vacanza questo è il meno.. Buon viaggio a tutti !

Très mauvaise expérience avec Grimaldi Lines – 8 juillet 2025 Voyage effectué le mardi 8 juillet à 13h00. • Climatisation hors service dans la cabine, malgré 3 passages du technicien, rien n’a été réparé. • Personnel de la réception très désagréable, sans aucune considération pour les passagers. • Un membre de l’équipage s’est mis à me hurler dessus en italien, simplement parce qu’il a eu peur de mon chien, qui était calme et bien tenu. J’ai été humilié(e) devant tous les passagers. Aucun respect, aucune aide, aucun professionnalisme. Je déconseille fortement cette compagnie. À éviter si vous souhaitez voyager dans de bonnes conditions.

Traversée longue mais agréable. Quelques passagers routiers bruyants mais nous avons l'habitude de ces réunions amicales sur les ferries.

Erfahrung der enttäuschendsten Art! Grund: Absolut keine Kontaktmöglichkeit von Grimaldi Lines nach 19‘00 (auch nicht per Mail an zwei verschiedene Adressen), um Zugverspätung auf Strecke Rom-Brindisi 28.4. zu melden, was Verpassen der Fähre zur Folge hatte. Wäre Kontaktnahme möglich gewesen, hätten wir möglicherweise mit Hilfe Taxi ab Bari eine Lösung gefunden. Kulanz: wie auf Homepage nicht ausgeschlossen, wurde schlichtweg selbst für ein minimales Entgegenkommen wie zur Verfügungstellung einer Kabine für Tagesüberfahrt, geschweige dennTickettausch für nächsten Abend abgelehnt….und das bei sehr geringer Auslastung. Folge: Verlust Überfahrt, Verlust Hotelübernachtung in Kalambaka, zusätzliche Übernachtung in Brindisi und Igoumenitsa, Verlust einen Tag Automiete, Zusatzkosten für unbequeme Tagesüberfahrt, Verlust Urlaubstag!
