Première fois avec cette compagnie et nous avons embarqué sur le bateau de 6h30 alors que notre bateau était a 14h45 j'ai trouvé sa très bien

Nous avons attendu 6h le bateau pas un seul bateau de toute l'après-midi en juillet. Nous avons attendu en plein soleil avec nos enfants .Pas de nourriture à part des gâteaux. Une honte !

Das Schiff sollte um 17:45 Uhr in Algeciras ablegen, aber in Tanger Med gab es Probleme. So wäre die nächste Abfahrt um 1:45 Uhr gewesen. Der freundliche Mitarbeiter hat uns eine kostenlose Umbuchung angeboten mit der Abfahrt von Tarifa. Um 18: 00 legte das Schiff superpünklich ab. Angekommen sind wir in Tanger-City. So Stressfrei bin ich noch nicht Marokko gefahren. Danke für den tollen Service.

Well no matter how I communicate with AML, via their website or AML email they never reply. The ferry was 2 hours late, no apology as they were loading life rafts and in no rush or interest in customers. Their ferry does not appear on the Algeciras port website/app so you never know if it is going to be leaving and then when they refuse the reply to communications we and many other customers are not happy with them and will look for another way to travel to/from Morocco.

Ferry de 9h30 annulé Ferry suivant également. 0 information, pas de mails. Galère devant la porte AML de 7h à 12h30 avant d'embarquer puis départ du Ferry à 14h30 au lieu de 13h15... Je ne reprendrais plus AML.

El ferry salió en tiempo. Esta bastante usado pero en general está bien.

Should respect the time and review the prices...paying over £200 and been waiting in Algeciras port for 4hours in sun at midday...

Nous avions réservé la traversée de 18:30. Nous sommes arrivés au port à 15h. On nous a demandé de nous garer à un endroit pendant 2h. Puis on nous a fait partir pour nous demander de nous garer ailleurs pendant 1:30. On nous a ensuite envoyé attendre encore 1:30 pour monter dans le bateau qui est parti à 20:15. Avec la chaleur extérieure aucun rafraîchissement ne nous a été proposé… Je regrette aussi le manque de communication. Comme c’est la première fois que nous prenons le bateau, nous ne savions pas qu’il fallait prendre la carte grise à bord. Nous n’avons pas pu faire tamponner le papier et nous avons dû nous présenter à la douane (ce n’est pas très grave mais nous aurions préféré le savoir)
