Best smelling soaps ive ever smelt, extrmely expemsive but its quality stuff!!

Eigentlich bin ich ein Fan und wenn etwas wirklich gut riecht wie die Handseife mit Mandarine, Koriander und Zeder liebe ich es und kaufe immer wieder - jetzt wurde die Formel geändert. Es riecht nicht mehr so gut, nicht annähernd. Adieu Aesop

Love their body wash and hand soap. Even though it’s a bit pricey I don’t think I can live without it.

Ordered some gifts, they arrived beautifully wrapped but the courrier has been a bit rough and damaged a few elements. Got super quick customer service & everything was resolved & replaced in less than 24 hours!

I was blown away, usually it’s a really process to get replacements for damaged goods & they are usually sent by snail mail. Will 100% buy all my Aesop products direct with them in future

If you want quality service and products, Aesop delivers; lovely fragranced toiletries and fragrances. I only shop on-line, but their on line orders come wrapped in an Aesop cotton toilet bag. I have purchased online from Aesop several times and have always received next day service and great products. This time, however , DPD managed to "lose" my parcel, and after unsuccessfully getting DPD to find it, Aesop stepped in to sort out the problem very swiftly (although it wasn't their fault). Highly recommend this company !

I bought a 100ml bottle of citrus melange body cleanser, enticed by the smell when I tried it in store.
Used it today and could not be more disappointed.
Thinking that I bought a quality product I learned that there was very little if no citrus smell and what there was washed off leaving nothing. Total waste of money.
At £13 for 100ml I feel I’ve been robbed for sure.

Seit vielen Jahren kaufe ich im Frankfurter Aesop-Shop ein. Pandemiebedingt habe ich vor einigen Wochen im Online-Shop bestellt. Die Lieferung wurde jedoch fehlgeleitet und es hatte den Anschein, dass das Päckchen verloren gegangen war. Ich setzte mich mit dem Aesop-Kundenservice in Verbindung und bekam bereits zwei Tage später eine kostenlose Ersatzlieferung. In der Zwischenzeit kam jedoch das verschollene Päckchen ebenfalls an. Ich wollte die Ersatzlieferung behalten und natürlich bezahlen, das war aber buchungstechnisch nicht möglich und die nette Dame im Kundendienst riet mir, die Annahme der Ersatzlieferung zu verweigern. Der Kundenservice ist vorbildlich. Am Ende einer Mail steht nicht nur ein freundlicher Gruß, sondern auch ein persönlicher Wunsch wie "Passen Sie auf sich auf. Es soll am Wochenende sehr kalt werden!" - So etwas ist einfach schön! - Vielen lieben Dank.

Let me begin with how beautiful the scent is and the texture. Is worth every single penny. Highly recommended.

The products are still very good, and worth the money. Sometimes i find the range confusing though and the design is maybe just too minimilistic?

Big fan of Aesop having used their products since 2008(?) but had cause to contact them for a poor delivery service.
The only thing Aesop did wrong was use (what I feel I to be) the worst delivery service in the UK, and the delivery company yet again confirmed this. The customer service from Johanna and Matthew was friendly and efficient with the end result a success and beyond my expectations!
Whilst buying from Aesop directly online in the future may take a second thought, I’ll be visiting their stores where possible and buying online through third party sites.

I have been using the Aesop products since first walking into their Melbourne store in 2008. Its a great product for my skincare needs which to be fair are pretty minimal.

I note the service by some customers is seen as a bit intense but I have always found the stores I've visited around the world to be less in your face and more keen to educate. They will give you plenty of room if you ask for it, although this is easier said than done given most of the stores are pretty compact.

What I do like about the products is you can use the sparingly so they are long lasting, they come in a glass bottle so the packaging can be recycled and they smell fantastic! plus as an added bonus they look super stylish on the shelf in the bathroom.

I bought a Equalising shampoo as I have very oily hair.
This stuff if a bomb! I have very long natural blond hair and for only 500 ml bottle i did not have big hopes.
Omg! You only need a little,it will last for very long time.My hair feels so fresh and clean.Worth every penny!
They are cruelty free brand what makes them perfect to me💚✌🌱
Don't let price put you off is worth it.

Incredible customer service! I was bought a moisturiser no suitable for my skin, and they gave me fantastic advice about which other product to pick, and swapped it incredibly quickly. Couldn't be happier!

På døren(2steder) og på Google står der at de holder åbent! Men de holder lukket, forklaringen er at palmesøndag er en helligdag, selvom de havde rettet både skærtorsdag og langfredag på Google - men ikke på deres dør - dårlige forklaringer og arrogante svar fra personalet i butikkerne

Beautiful soaps and room spray. I’ve recently made the switch and the result is definitely worth the price. Very unique and premium fragrance 👍
