I travelled during the US-Iran war. AeroTickets managed my booking, so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Although I was unable to contact the company directly, Matt communicated with my husband. I flew back to Manchester on Qatar Airways via Doha without any delays.

Me and my family were supposed to have a trip in August 2025 to Dallas, USA which we didn't even go through with. Tickets were paid for the year before (2024) and when we arrived at the airport, we found out we couldn't board the flight as we didn't have an ESTA. I didn't know about this and mind you, I called AeroTickets around 7 hours before our flight to make sure everything was ok. I called Adam on the phone about this when I arrived home, and he was busy rejecting the issue, saying I should've checked and his our documents aren't his responsibility. (How are they not his responsibility if he's the one that booked the flight and entered our passport details which are in fact documents??) I had to pay another £2000 and the flight had to be rebooked for December 2025. I eventually came to a conclusion before our December flight that it was my fault for not double checking if I had an ESTA, but AeroTickets just decided to disappoint us once more. Arrived at London Gatwick Airport in December, and while getting our boarding passes, staff noticed an error on the tickets. My oldest son, who is a teenager was put down as a child, and AeroTickets definitely did this to rip me off even more. We stood there for 10 minutes while airport staff tried changing my son's age on the ticket, which thankfully worked. Had fun in the USA, but when coming back to England, staff in Dallas Fort Worth Airport encountered the same problem. My son's age on the tickets. We stood there for around 30 minutes as our boarding time was just being consumed and we were contemplating leaving him behind with my brother so we can sort this out in England. By the grace of God after multiple attempts, Fort Worth staff were able to fix the issue and we arrived in England safely. Never book with AeroTickets unless you like getting ripped off!!! ⚠️
