I placed an order using the Buy for Me option requesting 3 notebooks (2 yellow and 1 blue). However, the company only purchased 2. In the comments, I clearly stated that I needed 3 units, but now that comment has disappeared from the platform, and I can only see the title of the request.
My experience with customer service was extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, immediately after making the purchase, they started sending me messages and audio clips in Turkish to my personal WhatsApp without any authorization, which I find completely inappropriate. Later, when I tried to clarify the situation, they asked me to call a Turkish number (something I cannot do because I live in German) and then insisted that I had only ordered 2 units, as if I didn’t know my own order.
Between the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unauthorized contact through personal channels, the overall experience has been extremely negative. I cannot recommend this service.
