Folks, let me tell you about the quality of AdvanBlack. I orders some enhancements for my 2020 Street Gide. It was easy, fast and affordable!!
To top it off, they provide first rate how to videos on installing. Wow.
I purchased color matched stretched bags fender and dash.
The look that came from that was a fantastic custom job at a fraction of the price. I am so happy with the results.

The parts fit perfectly, the color matches perfectly, I have lowers, console, hand guards, mid frame heat shields. I would not look anywhere else for color matched parts, Advanblack is the place to go.

I purchased 8 inch speaker lids and a low profile tank dash. Both items were an exact color match. The fit and finish were as good as OEM.
Turn around time from order to shipping and delivery was just over a week to Northern Alberta Canada.
The You tube Channel is very helpful, not only for installation but to give ideas for other parts.
I am very pleased with the look of my bike with these parts installe and will be ordering again for other bikes I own.

I purchased the CVO rear fender and was having an issue with the lighting adapters. The instructions were not clear, but I called and the gentleman from Sik Baggers was very helpful with identifying and resolving my issue. In the end, my lights worked well and one CVO fender is beautiful!

The front fender for my 2023 Street Glide came with a perfect match in color. The paint quality was great.

The site is very easy to navigate, & has good pics of all of the products. Once I purchased my new seat I immediately got a sales invoice, & my seat shipped the next day! I also purchased a set of the 4 1/2" stretched saddlebags, & the fender extension. They fit perfectly, & look great!

I've been ordering items for my '22 Road Glide from Avanblack since I bought the bike new. The products are a true testament of the care and quality that Avanblack takes with each part made. I ordered the console and received it promptly. I honestly was blown away by the product, the paint was absolutely top notch and the fit and finish was superb. One of the greatest things about Advanblack is the YouTube tutorials, I watched them all and they are a huge help and gives you confidence to accomplish the project yourself..

Same as everyone else. Order placed for a seat that was “in stock, ready to ship” per their website. After not receiving any shipping info I contacted them via email (phone calls never returned) and was told their website was incorrect and it would now be 2-4 weeks before it shipped. Fast forward another week and I get a formatted message stating due to the “back order” status of my seat it will be an additional 2-3 weeks before it ships. I understand things happen, but I only placed the order because it was in stock and ready to ship. Had I known I was in for a potential 2 month wait I would have gone another route. To top it off….as a thanks and sign of appreciation to their “valued customers” I’m forced to pay a 20% restocking fee to cancel!! What a great show of thanks to a customer who ordered an in stock and ready to ship (from the US) seat! Kuddos to you AdvanBlack. You’re doing great things for our community!

I ordered a vivid black 21 inch wrap-around fender over a month ago. At the 2-week point I contacted Advanblack for status. I was told it would be ready in 1-3 weeks. Two weeks later I contact them for an update and they tell me it’s going to be another 2-4 weeks because the fender was not in stock. I responded that 4 weeks after placing the order you finally decide to tell me it was never in stock. I won’t even mention the 20% restocking fee if I decide to cancel the order. I will never deal with these people again.

Color was spot on, and tour pack was received in less than a week. Harley didn't offer the tour pack in Stone Washed White Pearl. I would have to order an unfinished tour pack, the paint, and then have it painted. Saved several hundred dollars ordering it from Advanblack. I am looking at other parts to do a little more customization and Advanblack will be my go to site.

Pretty much same thing that happened with Jamie and Steve is happening to me. Ordered it and said it would ship in 2-3 weeks. Well over a month later it says it shipped!! Then the DAY BEFORE it was supposed to arrive, I get an email saying that it was damaged during production, and they have to make another!! Wait how was it damaged in production when it is suppose to arrive the next day! So they didn't ship it, they lied about it, and then give me a measly 20% refund. Now the customer service people seem pleasant enough and they have offered some small discount. I would have been annoyed if they told me the truth that it was damaged and delayed but they lied about it being shipped and that it wasn't is what I am mad about!! They tried to give me free saddlebag liners but I told them I don't need them, I offered to buy a seat, BUY A SEAT!! they offered a stupid 10% off! REALLY 10% thats it?!!!

The same thing happened to
Jamie Deselms is happening to me right now. I ordered my fairing in September, and they said it would take 4-6 weeks. I’m currently 9 weeks in, and still no fairing or tracking information. They keep saying, “It should land in the States next week” Don’t waste your time with this company.

I ordered the front batwing fairing that I knew had a lead time of 4-6 weeks for them to make and ship. After tree weeks I received he shipping notification and was excited. Only to learn it was being shipped from China, no big deal as long as it was quality right? After another three weeks of the tracking information sitting in the same status I reached out to them. It was not until I went to social media that I got an actual response, very rude and not very helpful. Honestly it looked like a scam, and after finally waiting an extended period of time and after submitting a negative review I was string armed by a barrage of emails demanding I remove the negative social media post. I did not so they "canceled" me.. All I can say is you would be better off going through Hogworks where its made in America and you wont have your shipment sitting on a dock somewhere stuck in China.

Customer service is not helpful, abusive, and threatening. Would not recommend. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Purchased Advanblack hand guards. The product did not fit. Not only did I pay the reshipment cost, Advanblack charged a 20% restocking fee. Their customer service is hardly responsive. Will not buy from them again.

Brought heat deflectors $120.00 to match standard paint on my bike meany Emails later to be offered here's $20 Bucks go away ,what happened to guarantee, match or replace , I think I would have been better to go the the wreckers than through these guys
never again !
