Sam from ADS was extremely knowledgeable and was able to sort out a long-standing TV reception problem very quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure to deal with him and I would not hesitate to call ADS again if a problem arises.

These guys are great. Difficult job moving a dish from a wall to a roof. No complaining, they just got on with it with a smile. Very happy with the result.

I updated my sky system several months ago however, the system was not working for months. I almost cancelled because I thought it was unfair, paying for a service I was not using. A company called ADS came to the rescue, that's when I met Sam he is the best engineer ever, I liked his attitude and level of professional attention to his work. Sam and his colleague Michael did not give up until my service was up and running. The issue I had was extremely complex Sam and Michael persevered despite the odds. From initial enquiry to a successfully completed job Jamie kept me informed of his timings and the processes required to replace my ariel and fit a splitter to ensure excellent signaling.
He left once he knew I was fully informed and all tv’s working well.

We had our aerial fitted and a second aerial point put into one of our bedrooms. The quote and the fitting all happened the same day and took no longer than 90 mins. Jamie and Mike were very efficient and polite and talked us through what they were doing clearly. Would definitely recommend

Needed our aerial to be installed on the roof. They came in to quote and gave us a really good price. They were able to install it on the day and were done very quickly. We were really happy with everything including the ability to pay digitally, which is a massive plus. Excellent 👌

A absolutely faultless service from Sam. From making contact the day before, confirming arrival times the morning of the job through to final completion and paperwork the service was 1st Class. Especially taking time to explain exactly what had been done. A consummate professional from a great company.

I was highly impressed with ADS for a number of reasons.
They were very quick and professional in assessing the situation and recommending alternative solutions
They then executed the job very quickly, on time and to budget. Nick and Mike were on site and got the job done efficiently, quickly and quietly.

Sam the engineer came out today to replace an old TV Ariel . He was on time, very efficient, knowledgeable, and left the work area very neat and tidy. Excellent work .

I had Sam come out this morning, on time and very polite. He turned up and was very friendly, he quickly worked out what the issue was and fixed it in a very timely manner, came back to me twice with an update and then tuned my tele in and fixed the problem to save any issues happening again.

Sam (the engineer) turned up exactly when he said he would. Quickly identified the issues with fractured cabling, poor connections and 30+ yr old aerial. Replacement, and tidy cabling followed and he even retuned AV equipment. Excellent service.

On the day of installation, received a notification alerting me of engineer arrival time - Daniel was very polite and friendly - he installed/managed the project taking time to explain to me how things would work and waited until I had tested all operations to my satisfaction.

I have used ADS to reconfigure my cat6 cabling throughout my house and to install a TV ariel and sort out the ports in each room. The team has always been friendly and have a ‘can do’ attitude. The engineers arrived promptly within the 2-hour arranged time slot, and did a great job, leaving the house tidy when they left. I would definitely use ADS again and have recommended them to friends
