Awful customer service
If I could give 0 stars I would, as of next week my claim has been ongoing 4 years. I have been passed out several case handlers, responded to messages on the same day and go months on end without replies to my responses. All documents required have been submitted and no one gets back to me. I have also emailed several times to complain and get an update but this is just ignored.
Cannot believe how long this has been ongoing and still no end date in sight!

Admiral have been brilliant throughout a four-year case after a no-fault car crash, which has finally been settled. I’d definitely recommend taking out legal protection insurance.

As you can appreciate it can be a long drawn out process, however The team kept me informed as and when an update became available. The team always called ahead with the update - if I wasn't available there was always a notification in the action centre as well. Very good service. Thanks

I would rate zero stars but that’s not an option. They’ve dragged my claim out for almost 3 years now (limitation period almost reached). Used an ‘medical professional’ that could have got his license from a cereal box as far as I’m concerned. Originally told me my claim had good prospects and after almost 3 years of me chasing them, they have now decided to randomly drop my case and place blame on me accusing me of being ‘dishonest’ so they can claim back their fees. The reasons I was given were vague and they hadn’t considered all the evidence. I am now in the process of reporting them to the ombudsman because they can’t even get a manager to contact me back regarding my complaints. Appalling service, unhelpful staff and managers seem to be nowhere to be seen! Avoid them at all costs!

Really poor experience, case has been going on a number of years now despite being extremely responsive for everything they have asked for. Unfortunately had to raise this to the Financial Ombudsman for investigation as little progress has been made. The worst customer service i have ever encountered by any company.

I just know you and the staff was good but only he speaks very fast, all the same he is good. At the end of the case I will know what I would say but for now this is all that I can say.
