Still waiting on a reply email? No communication regarding pickup or payment. Sorry but can only give one star!

Still haven’t recived a confirmation of items ready for pickup. I called and they said I would be notified but nothing. The items were in stock on website.

Product is as described and team members at pick up site were great.
Unfortunately communication was very lacking, no information about the pickup location actual business name or open times, no phone number given so could not contact before going in. On arrival the team had no record of the pickup or items required, so had to rush around and put together the items and it was closing time because they finish earlier than normal business hours. Like I said, they were great and did everything they could to help, but this should not have been the situation the business puts them in.

Website that promised same-day delivery ultimately became more than a week and a half of delays, with no communication at any point. Delivery alone cost over $180 — the only available option, as this was the sole vendor stocking the item — yet the parcel was ultimately delivered via Australia Post, which would have cost under $10.
No notification was provided about the delay, and when contacting the company for clarification, assurances of follow-up were given but never honoured. Overall, this was a highly unsatisfactory experience.

Friendly service quick turn around

Criptic emails with no stock for what I've already bought and the suggestion I buy a smaller board for $10 more. Still no resolution several emails later nor do I yet know where to pick up board from.

Had the product i wanted, not many did. Was able to talk to a human. Arrange to pcik up the goods saving transport costs

Working on a small DIY project, I was genuinely impressed by the way I was treated by Adelaide Building Supplies. They knew my order immediately and helped carry items to my car. Even though they are clearly a trade supplier they made me feel very welcome.

Called to confirm same day delivery on Monday. They said order before 11am no problem. Ordered online as requested. Nothing heard from them. Called at 4:50pm on the Monday, advised wouldn’t be delivered. Organised to deliver on the Thursday.
Called to confirm delivery. Now advised no longer stocked and won’t be able to fill order as the supplier has discontinued the product. Would have been nice to know Monday.

You've given no indication of why my order was cancelled.

Good communication. Easy pick up

Disappointing engagement. Ordered cornice via the website. Company accepted my payment but later changed my order to different lengths of cornice and used my credit card to bill me the difference. I was not asked and certainly did not approve. I requested a refund and received no response and had to dispute the payments via the bank.

Price was twice what other companies were asking and then I was charged a similar amount for freight even though I ticked local pick up in the checkout. Then told that the product was no longer available.
Further research proved that to be false as I purchased the product from a different supplier.
I was however treated with respect and courtesy. Thank you.

There was an admin mix-up and I didn't receive my order as promised / scheduled. However, I was impressed with the way they resolved the issue and am very hsppy with the product and the outcome.

Pricing is good, but had to ring them to find out that my order had not been actioned after 3hrs and items were still not available when told they could be picked up at warehouse pickup point as the order has not been forwarded to the warehouse.
